Indie was very helpful in the weight loss i experienced. She made sure to explain the steps, terms, and assignments thoroughly. She also made sure to let me know when she was sending and had sent things via email. It is definitely a life style changer rather than a restricted diet plan. She was a good coach and I really enjoyed working with her. I would definitely recommend her to for coaching. More...

Q&As

As I have grown older I have realized how essential a healthy diet is for preserving youth and vitality and resisting the aging process. I know from personal experience the problems that come from being overweight. I am also able to reap the rewards of my losing over 160 pounds and choosing a more healthy lifestyle in spite of physical limitations. I am so excited to share my professional skill-sets, knowledge & experience along with personal experiences, talents & passions to enable my clients to experience their own health improvement & life transformations.

I've been sharing my professional skills, knowledge, personal & professional experiences, talents and passions for 30 years helping people as a nurse and I have been coaching in and out of the nursing role for much of my career. Then when I became partially disabled in 2012, I decided to start focusing on coaching and this year, by the grace of God, I have finally launched my own coaching practice as a Certified Health/Life Coach and I love what I do!

Due to some physical limitations, I felt the need to be able to work from home at a job where I can have flexibility.
My motto is "Ya Can't Keep A Good Woman Down!"

The areas I focus my practice on are areas I have professional experience with. I have a very wide range of skill-sets to pull from to share with my clients. Throughout my life I have overcome some extremely challenging experiences so I can often genuinely appreciate what my clients may be feeling or experiencing themselves because I have "been there." And I have the professional credentials and commitment to lifelong learning to back me up so my clients can be assured they will always get the highest quality of coaching services from me.
