I visited Indeblue a lot of times and the last time I visited, I was disappointed with the quality of food. I couldn’t finish my thali. I hope they work on making it better. My girlfriend and I went here for a date night and we both agree the food was amazing. The quality and minute attention to detail in the dish's flavor profile was outstanding. Our server Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgable in the restaurant's menu. We did the blind tasting meal where he asked us a few questions and then brought out random dishes. All the dishes were amazing and we were glad we got that experience. The service was also exceptional. The dishes were brought out very timely, and we felt the staff had just the right level of attentiveness. The restaurant's decor was also very nice and upscale. Absolutely wonderful experience! From the service to the lip smacking hors d’ oeuvres. Came here on a Thursday for lunch with a friend, and was totally blown away by this place. Had the thali platter, and it was incredible, totally worth the money. First time here for lunch with my fiance and a good friend. We all tried the Thali platter. It's absolutely amazing. The presentation and the taste! Top notch. It comes with 2 entrees of your choice with dhal,rice,naan,raita and a dessert. The service is very professional and fast too. They have a full bar and $6 drafts for lunch. I had mixed emotions about attending a business dinner (6 ppl) here but was very pleasantly surprised at both the Dodd and the service. Our waitress walked us through all of our options and explained some of the dishes that we weren't familiar with. Everything was absolutely delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the array of food that we ate. I'm unsure of all of the dishes names, but the spinach, lamb, chickpea dish, chicken kabobs, peppers, naan, rita, etc....absolutely incredible.
