Delicious food and friendly service!

My husband and I lucked out when we spotted this restaurant while running errands. We enjoyed a delicious late lunch. Husband had a wonderful fish with peppers dish while I enjoyed a chicken and cilantro infused rice dish. We will certainly dine here again.
I found this place by accident and I am so very happy I did! The waiter, Rafael, helped me with selecting the perfect meal. He was very attentive. The whitefish, shrimp and sweet potato was exceptional! Spicy to perfection! I will be back often! A very unique place that was quite busy with happy customers at 5PM on a Wednesday! More...
We went 30 mins before they closed and they still took us! Great service, good food & Drinks
First time being here & had a great experience. Our group of 6 was seated, served and all of our "first timer" questions were answered. The food was just so flavorful & unique to our palates. We have a few picky eaters in our group with no complaints on their dishes whatsoever. We all will be heading back to experience another Peruvian meal. More...
Love ❤️ this place and food is wonderful! Singer Edna has a fabulous voice.
Unique delicious food and drink! Loved the dried corn!
Authentic Peruvian food. Pisco Sour and Ceviche
Lovely little Peruvian restaurant in a strip mall. Lots of great tastes from crevice to mixed fish. Veggie options and a kid’s menu.
The food was great. Cute place. Both times we have been there it wasn’t very busy, staff was attentive and friendly.
Seco fe Carne is amazing!!! My husband is from Ecuador so this food is comforting, I have had some bad Peruvian food but these guys are amazing!
Their food is fantastic! We had a excellent lunch with appetizer and entree!
Food was delicious and serverings were huge. The owner and staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we've encountered. They were featured on the TV show "Diners, Drivins and Dives". And justifiably so. We're going back again! More...
Terrific food. Dishes I cant pronounce but loves to eat!!
Staff is attentive, service is fast, the food was delicious and was served fairly quickly after ordering. Highly recommend!

The food was wonderful and staff more so if you want a quaint family owned restaurant you found it from the moment we walked in the door they treated us like family the owner and staff were all amazing by far the best customer service you will receive
I haven't eat Peruvian food for long time, it was good , volumy and nice price.
First time eating Peruvian food and it was amazingly delicious! My family and I ordered different dishes and all shared. The server was helpful with the menu items and very attentive. Will definitely stop by next time we're in Tucson!! More...
Walking into Inca's you get a pleasant feeling of simple furniture garnished with traditional weavings. The food is unique and very flavorful. I recommend the traditional soda made from lemongrass. More...

Great food, service, ambiance and price!
Perfect ceviche (the fish and mixed one). Three pisco options, I didn't like the tropical one but the other two were great. Amazing causa de camaron, I just wish the ceviche was spicier (i ordered the spiciest). Many menu options but not so many that's overwhelming More...
Pisco sour mas o menos
Great ceviche, great jalea! The best place for Peruvian food.
Lidia was our server, she was very helpful recommending food and responding all our questions, the kids had chicken nuggets and the rotisserie chicken, they were very pleased with their food, and as a Peruvian I tried the ceviche and a Jalea, both dishes were delicious. Again great food and nice service by Lidia, very enthusiastic and friendly server, highly recommend this place. More...
This place is amazing. The young lady serving us was very attentive, polite, informative and sweet. The food she recommended to us was delicious. And they have football (soccer) on the TVs! Please eat here, you will be glad you did, it's a wonderful experience. More...
The three of us had a delicious meal with lots of seafood prepared in several different ways. And don't miss the Pisco sour, a cocktail unique to Peru and Chile. Buy them by the pitcher for sure!
Nice place to go for some very different cuisine. They import a lot of their ingredients from South America and their seafood plates are quite generous.
Better than I expected. They start you with unpopped roasted corn (similar to corn nuts), and I got a pisco cocktail, which I would highly recommend. Then we ordered ceviche (highly recommend spicy version, it's very good), and stuffed potatoes, and some cold corn cakes (better than they sound). The people I went with complained about their vegetables being bland, but my ceviche was very good. More...
Really yummy BUT EXPENSIVE and they don't carry D'Onofrios lucuma icecream Or picarones... Wah
Amazing! We called ahead for the chicken dinner to pick up but they were out. We decided to go by anyway and we were so glad we did! My Arroz con mariscos was like being at the ocean with every bite! The perfect amount of seafood but the rice? That was the ocean taste. No idea if it was cooked in a seafood stock or not but the taste was ocean followed by a small bit of spice. I am here for work from Phoenix this week but I would make the trip for just this meal. More...
Wonderful experience for my first time eating Peruvian. Sarah is an amazing server that did a great job explaining the menu. I highly recommend this place.
The best Peruvian Food! Staff is always friendly, mil gracias Fatima!
Guy Fieri brought this party of four to this restaurant. Not knowing what to expect, we arrived excited to see what Peruvian dishes had to offer. Before going into the food, I have to say the service was phenomenal. Our waiter was quick to explain any dishes we had questions for, was honest and precise with his recommendations, and even brought us a free plate or carmel cookies for us to try at the end. The variety of dishes we had were well received by all. The prices were definitely fair for the amount of food you got. If only I could remember the names, I would put down recommendations. The reason for the four stars instead of the five was the moderate taste of most of the food. There was nothing that blew me away, but was good for the quantity. More...
This restaurant will be saved in my short list!
I was very impressed. This was my first time
The chicken meal to go is the best deal in Tucson. The food is so good, easily feeds a family of four, and it's less than $25. Can't beat it!
World of flavors
The staff is amazing
I like Pisco and the food here. It's a great place to spend a Saturday evening
Marilyn Allen Austin
Everything was great. The service, the ambiance, the outdoor dining and the live music. Very, very good!
Different tastes and textures from any other restaurant I have encountered! Try it!
Great food and accommodating staff.
Quality food for all to enjoy
Great restaurant. Good food and friendly waitress. Lovely ambiance.
Wonderfully large portions and I know this because I am from Texas. Sauces were savory, ceviche was fresh and delicious. Not a single complaint. Service was beyond excellent (Lydia) was quite personable and invested in delivering the best Peruvian experience possible. She explained the menu and the drinks, the sources and culture behind the menu. Do yourself a favor and and get the pisco sour, it has protein via sweet egg whites with that semi sour liquor (I’m kidding but seriously the drink was amazing) More...
Food is uniquely crafted. Dining experience is remarkable.
Fantastic food and great location
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in town. Don't let the thought of it being Peruvian food put you off. There is something for everyone. Amazing chicken for the less adventurous, and great beef and seafood for those willing to try something new. The rice is to die for. Featured in Diners Driver in's and Dives. An absolute must visit restaurant. More...
This place is awesome my wife’s favorite place.....
She loves the seafood here and everything else she’s going to be very excited to eat here on Mother days w the family. Pisco Sour is amazing and ceviche
Food was delicious. Definitely better than what I had in another Peruvian restaurant. Great food for the price. Service was excellent (fast and accommodating). Portion is good although I think the amount of side dish (e.g. rice) is not proportional to the amount of meat. Overall it's excellent. Would come back. More...
Just had a pisco sour... mmmm. That's all I needed. Well, I had two.
Outstanding Peruvian foods, quality service..
Excellent dinner, great service and atmosphere
Cozy small place with great food, great service and nice ambiance. We randomly went in and it turned out to be very nice memorable lunch. I liked the way they serve the rice like a pyramid. Omg best food I've had in awhile. Do make a reservation.
Best Peruvian Food in Town !! For real.
Very good food, different, but very good.
Food is great but service is spotty may be great or extremely slow.
Cozy setting, great food
Food was good presentation was awesome. I think the pricing is a little high.
Peruvian cuisine offers flavors and aromas not often encountered. Always very good food and friendly service.
This is a great place to try authentic peruvian food! The place was very busy but the servers were extremely nice about it and we were okay with the short wait. They have plenty of delicious vegan friendly options. Can't wait to visit again :) More...
Food is delicious and the price is right. Even cheaper than most places with a lower quality food. Service is as good as the food. Will def recommend this place to whoever is willing to taste real Peruvian recipies. Come early, if not i recommend to reserve. Is not a big place and it gets crowded at times. Food is served faster than average. Thanks for a great services. More...
Good overall. The food portions we're a bit small for the price.
Delicious food, friendly wait staff.
Saw Inca’s on Diners Drive-ins and Dives yesterday. We were not disappointed. Great food and service.
Excellent food and service
Amazing food and excellent service! I recommend trying the lomo saltido. Enough for 2 to share. The papa relleno is heavenly, especially with the salsa molido! Yummmy!!!
As a vegetarian, I was not sure what I was expecting when I decided to try Peruvian cuisine for a second time. While the name lists it as a seafood restaurant, they have good options for vegetarians. Tacu tacu which is supposed to be a delicious mixture of rice and beans was made even more spectactular by the added vegetables and the perfect mixture of spices that left me wanting for more. The food was well cooked and the service was quite good as well. The restaurant ambience was also quite pleasant! More...

Phenomenal authentic Peruvian food with friendly service. Live in Ohio and hit this place every time we’re in Tucson.
I went there as part of my DDD tour. This was #57. By far one of the best dining experiences ever.
Great food. Small little gem in the foothills.
Delicious authentic food
Amazing food. Soy de Perú y la comida aquí me encantó. Tiene un ambiente muy agradable y limpio pero sobre todo la comida es deliciosa. Estoy segura que volveré.
Unique flavors from what feels like a different time. The food was excellent and the wait staff were friendly and relaxed. I recommend this little gem to anyone who loves new tastes. More...
One of Tucson’s gems when it cones to the full dining experience and a sampling of culture. Food and unique drinks make it just plain fun for a group event!
Wait staff was great. Recommended great dishes. I had a Peruvian specialty called Jalea, full of complex spices (not too much) with a tangy lime finish. My husband, who is vegan, had a tasty vegetarian dish called Tacu tacu, he ate every bite. Even the coffee is above par. Thank you Manuel. Next time we’re in Tucson we’ll eat here again. More...
I've eaten here many times and I enjoy the consistent delicious meals :)

Excellent food and good service at lunch. The anticuchos and chicha morada were perfect.
Being a restaurant owner and creator of the food channel and many food related shows I've sampled all cuisines ... Having lived in Arequipa , Peru for about seven months I love Peruvian food it has Asian and European influence.. this restaurant is very good .... They also sell Inca Cola which I purchased the company in 1998 and have licensed with Coca Cola.... More...
My daughter and I went to have a late lunch here yesterday it was our first time there .We were greated immediately by 2 employees .I must say we were pleasantly surprised by there immediate acknowledgement of us .Manuel was our waiter he was extremely friendly and helpful in making food recommendations to start out with he recommended the Peruvian coffee that my daughter loved and he recommended the chicha morada I believe that's what it's called, I believe Manuel said it was made with corn and cinnamon and other ingredients that I don't recall I don't think I have ever had anything like it before ,it was really good .my daughter had the Aji De Gallina and I had the Lomo Saltado with beef and chichen with a pyramid of rice all we can say is the food and service was excellent. My daughter and I eat out often it's not common to find a restaurant where you get the best of both worlds great food and great service .I might add the food pricing is fair not over priced in my opinion .Even though Incas is a 45 minute drive from our Tucson home we plan on going back atleast once a week .Thank you Manuel for making my daughter and I dinning experience memorable see you soon . Delicious!!! Wonderful Food and Service! What a fabulous little Peruvian restaurant! This was our first time frequenting Inca's and my mom and I were very impressed! The restaurant was very clean and had nice authentic Peruvian decor. Service was great! Tyler was very attentive and spent time explaining Peruvian dishes and cuisine. When we left there was a huge downpour of rain and Tyler was kind enough to grab his umbrella and walk us to our next destination! Our food was fabulous! We had the Ceviche Mixto and the Tallarín Saltado. Both amazing and highly recommended! Great experience and we'll be back soon! More...
The food was great! The service was equally as good. I had Pescado a lo macho, my wife Lomo saltado, and our son Ceviche mixto. Good food, great service, even from a waiter on his first night!
Amazing food and great service. Food was so tasteful and amazing. It’s a great place. Amazing view if you sit outside. Loved it!!
We are a British couple touring the southern United States and took the opportunity whilst in Tucson to visit Inca’s as we had not tried Peruvian food before. It’s a little way out of town in the foothills but very picturesque surroundings- albeit part of a small shopping area. Very informal and the waiter Tyler did a great job in explaining the menu. We shared a Tuna Causa Rellena for starters and then also shared each other’s meal - a seafood mix Ceviche Mixto and a beef, rice and potato dish called Lomo Salgado. Peruvian spices gave these dishes a real zing . The food was well presented . The place is a real find and you should take the time to drive up to it . My wife enjoyed the Pisco Sour cocktail ( the Peruvian national tipple ) - my only disappointment was a very limited selection of the standard US gassy beers . Tyler did say they were looking to obtain Peruvian beer in the future. All in all a great place, a little different with great food at reasonable prices . Fantastic More...

Great food and service. Well worth the drive!
The pisco's here are awesome. Every time I come here the food is awesome. The service is exceptional and the staff are the best. Can't say enough about this place.
Amazing the food was great!
Good food, good service. Pisco Libre too strong.
Excellent Peruvian food.
Awesome atmosphere, awesome food, friendly and awesome service!!!
We went for lunch and ended up getting a wonderful dining experience. The menu looked a bit pricey with most items at $14.99 or higher. However, there are items under $12 like Arroz con Pollo a la brasa. After tasting the food, we felt that it is worth the price. If you are on a tight budget there is a Subway a couple doors down. If you want great food with attentive service and have a little bit more to spend, give this a try. Arthur even gave us samples of chicha morada and pisco (grape brandy). More...
Yummy and unique dining experience, if you are into seafood, strongly recommend the Ceviche Mixto and a tasty Pisco Sour (traditional Peruvian spirit). Muy delicioso!!!

Great food and great service. This place is one of our favorite to dine at.
Incredible food, service and atmosphere! A new favorite, instantly!

Everything is handmade and delicious. The Seco de Carne incorporates an imported spice. The seafood is among the best you'll get in Tucson.
Best dinner I have had in Tucson! I took my very picky spouse with me and we were promptly seated( though you should get reservation and not count on getting lucky like we did) and the owner herself took care of us along with the handsome Manuel. She recommended some fantastic food including a Cerviche she swore we would love or not have to pay for, and a drink that left me saying “Whoa!” After the first sip! It was just that good! Well fed, quickly served and taken care of perfectly. Will be back shortly! More...
Absolutely the best!!! I ordered the Jalea and it was made to perfection and the Pisco Sour was Truly one of a kind. I highly recommend Incas for a truly one of a kind dining experience.
Lomo saltado and chi chi morada, beef, fries and a rice pyramid, are the best! Another great meal is the aji de gallina.
Delicioso Pollo a la brasa!

Awesome atmosphere. Wonderful food. Great potato appetizer and sea food there also great
The atmosphere is joyful, and the service and food are world-class; their menu has been expanded and it is full of amazing and exciting flavors, some unusual but always well done and tasty. Ceviche is terrific as are the various papas preparations. Seafood always done to perfection. One must experience the unique flavors of Peruvian Pisco liquor, almost grappa-like in its aromas...and wonderful in their typical Pisco Sour cocktail. You will love this place!! More...

WOW!!! I honestly thought that the reviews were a little extra since I saw that there was nothing lower than 4 stars. However after having the Pescado a Lo Macho and having a taste OOF!!! My jaw dropped and tongue dragged on the table after my tastebuds all had a heart attack with the savory flavors of such a tasty dish!!! What a fine change from the over saturated Mexican food throughout Tucson. I will definitely be coming back and making reservations to be there for the live 3 Man band. The experience was multiplied by having such an awesome waiter shout out to Arthur for making it happen. 5 stars!!!!! More...

What a lovely experience my sisters and I had. From the start Luis (our waiter) greeted us as if we were family, turned out he was the "manager" The food was delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. Luis then brought his beautiful momma "Fatima" (owner), to meet us. What a beautiful lady!, we left there feeling like we had just dined at our sisters house. More...
There aren't very many Peruvian restaurants so I'm very happy that this one is as good as it is. The price is pretty high for Peruvian food, but based off of the area the restaurant is in, it's average in price. My favorite is of course the pisco sours and the aji de gallina. If you haven't tried either you're missing out! More...

Aji Guillina is out of this world. A great place to have a Pisco Sour and great food
Came after a long hike in the rain. Ordered a ceviche for starters which was very good. My wife had an aguadito de pollo and I had a Chupe de Mariscos which was fantastic and warmed my insides. Lúcoma ice screen and a Pisco sour topped off our late lunch. Will certainly go back for more More...
Great food and great people
Delicious dinner and a tasty Pisco Sour. Super service.
The food and service is consistly very good
The food mimics the authentic flavor of Peruvian and I, as a Peruvian, enjoyed it very much. Strongly recommend the "helado de lúcuma".
Amazing. I've been to Peru numerous times and for being in the US this is great. Chicha Morada delicious. Then we split ceviche mixta with their red aji sauce on the side (spicy hot) and an order of aji de gallina which we also drizzled with the spicy red aji. Oh so good.
When most of us think of Peru, we think of the ancient ruins and high mountain views.. Machupicchu... Los Incas...ahh smell good!. Those thoughts may be accompanied by a traditional way of peruvian culture the Andes, and if we've been primed on the food, the conversation usually starts with the country's mind variety of potatoes. Peruvian food is more than delicius! The tenderness of super-fresh fish is heightened by crisp onion, and sides of starchy boiled corn (choclo) and creamy sweet potato (camote) to balance out the texture of the dish. Dry-roasted corn kernels (cancha) sprinkled around add a pleasing crunch. More...
The food is an experience in and of itself, service is always professional and with a smile. A definite must do for those who wish to experience a memorable dinning extravaganza.

The atmosphere and staff were lovely and the owner, Fatima, greeted us as we were leaving to ask us how the food was and she also couldn't resist saying hi to my one year old daughter. The food is soooo delicious. We had the 1/4 pollo peruano with jasmine rice and yucca fries with a salad. Definitely will be going here again and taking my mom here before she leaves. More...

We found this wonderful place in February of 2015. We were planning a trip to Peru in 2016 so became regulars here and were not disappointed. We love Luis and Fatima and the other servers and have returned again and again. By the time we reached Peru this past August, we knew what the food tasted like and it was just like Incas! We love their pisco sours and the roasted corn nuts are even better than the ones we had in Peru! Keep up the great food and service. Service is out standing. More...
The rice with sea food was delicious!! Excellent service and friendly environment.
Best Peruvian cuisine in town. Excellent lomo and chicken saltado. Disco drinks are very good. Inside gets smoky so better to sit outside.
The food was good but we waited a little while
Food is yummy and the pisco sours are to die for. Patio offers great views.
We will be back, great food. The people are very nice there. Just a great little restaurant. I can't wait to try other dishes.

Very good, very authentic food. The Lomo Saltado is delicious! The Ceviche Mixto is good, as well, but inconsistent depending on the day.
John Martin Hetrick
Excellent food, good service and ambiance. On my top 10 of restaurants in Tucson. Make sure to try the Lomo Saltado.
For something a little out of the ordinary this place is wonderful! My favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado!
The best chicken I've ever had. And the portions are gigantic!
Sooo gooood. Not only is the food sublime but we went for lunch and the server was the coolest guy. He talked about Peru with such passion, and he took time to answer questions. Try THE juice, it's delicious (the purple drank lol) More...
Inca's is less than a mile from my house and I feel blessed to have such a great restaurant so nearby. I've eaten there many, many times. The food is fabulous--my favorite dishes are the lomo saltado, the aji de gallina and the ceviche mixto--and they serve a Pisco Sour which is the best cocktail I've ever had anywhere. The service is casual and very friendly, but also efficient. It feels like a small, family-run restaurant in Peru. It isn't expensive but I don't think you can find better food anywhere in Tucson (and I've tried them all). This place is a gem! More...
DELIGHTFUL MENU & DELICIOUS EVERYTIME - I have never had a bad entree here. The service is excellent. The owner is pleasant. The portions are nice. Order the rotisserie chicken with rice - tender, moist, and authentic Peruvian spices. The beef dishes are tender. The food is outstanding. This restaurant serves Ceviche Sauvignon Blanc, which is difficult to find in Tucson. More...
The food was VERY delicious! My Husband lived in Peru for two years and he was very happy with the choices and flavors! The Ceviche was the best part! Some dishes are a little small, but others are large enough for two people, so grab a friend and go share a meal! More...
The food here is crazy good. The person who says the portions are small might just have ordered the wrong thing - they don't say what they ordered so we'll never know. I've been here only twice, once with my father and once with my partner. The first time my father ordered the Lomo Saltado and I had some white fish with a sort of pesto (not pesto but similar) on top. His plate was delicious - but the meat came with rice and potatoes, no vegetable. Mine was also delicious, but the steamed veg had literally no flavor. I had to request salt.Yes, the service leaves something to be desired - in my limited experience (two visits) the servers were a little absentee... but when they were to be found, they were very kind and very knowledgeable and eager to get us anything we needed and more. The second time I went with my partner I had the lamb shank and he had the chicken in aji amarillo sauce... both were ridiculously good! That sauce, which can also be had over potatoes as an appetizer, was mind blowing, and we both agreed that my lamb was probably the best lamb either of us had had anywhere in our entire lives (he's 26, I'm 29, both serious world travelers). If I were a rich girl, I'd eat here on the regular.
