Took a chance on Imperial based on the reviews. Â I was NOT disappointed!!!! Â Our first driver, Mokiish, was not only early but was impeccably dressed in a 3 piece suit! !! Â The car was clean and he got us to our destination in record time....our return home driver was amazingly easy to find at the cruise terminal in NYC....not an easy task with over 5,000 people departing a ship!!!! Â And again clean car and an easy ride home!!! Â (sorry I didn't get his name). Â This car service also keeps in constant contact which is greatly appreciated especially if you have to be somewhere at a certain time.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use Imperial again!!! More...

I have used Imperial a dozen times. Always first rate service. The cars are in great shape and the drivers are very resourceful in making sure I get where I need to go on time!
