I've been coming twice a week since April 2015-once a week to a private class with Linda and one evening a week to Angela's group class. I had an injury, low back and hip issues and serious knee pain when I started. I look forward to my workouts here and have noticed a great improvement in core strength, balance and best of all much less knee pain. I can run up my stairs again and take long walks. In the past I didn't exercise consistently or correctly and quickly got discouraged. I am grateful to Linda and the friendly staff and clients. I highly recommend IM=X Pilates! More...
