What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to share our experience and knowledge creating a transformational change in the organization that we have partnered with. I find that many owners are passionate about their trade but often times don't understand the financial performance requirements and rewards that they can achieve. Sharing this knowledge together provides the daily rewards and excitement for our team.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about the transfer of knowledge - I believe that opportunities for business owners present themselves through education and awareness. Based on these key elements I felt the calling to share my passion for education and provide learning opportunities for service contractors that wish to raise the bar for their teams through leadership and financial success!
