I had a house fire and needed help with packing salvageable items. Â I contacted several cleaning companies and Aarti was quick to respond to my request for service. Â She was kind and professional. Â I ultimately booked their service and requested a team of 3 people to assist me in packing my belongings. Overall, Â I was satisfied with the service. Â One of the team members, Â Andres, was fantastic. Â He was very enthusiastic and committed to doing a great job, and he did through the very end. Â The other two, Â a mother and son, Â lost energy and commitment after about 5 hours. Â Granted it was very hot but they still should have seen the job through till the very end as Andres did! I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, and I've had trouble in the past finding a good cleaning company. That met my expectations, I'm a bit of a neat freak and I have used several companies in the area but none more than once. Then last week I tried iconic cleaning and was blown away by the attention to detail that was shown in the entire house. The women who cleaned my house were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. After they left my 10yr old son asked me if I'd seen his wallet, he said he couldn't remember where he left it he had his birthday money in side it, over $200 I immediately thought no way it's still here. Too my shock he found it with the money still inside on top of his dresser. They had found it somewhere else and put it on his dresser. Iconic cleaning service is a amazing company . Excellent customer service. Nice and friendly staff.. Very good communication from the staff to customers. .. They do what they say they will do. Very very good communication, scheduling, Aarti the lady who coordinates everything is so awesome i loved dealing with her very honest straight forward, and on top of scheduling to get me scheduled in as soon as possible. The staff is very good, very friendly, very good cleaning skills, customer service is very very professional.
