Hypnosis Santa Cruz

I give Daniel Gross, Hypnotherapist, five stars because I was a skeptic at first. I purchased a spa package at Balance Studio Spa and sessions with Daniel were part of the package. I experienced immediate improvement in the areas I was working on, including changing my diet radically and maintaining it, detoxing from a pretty serious sugar addiction and other bad habits that aggravated my gastritis. I tell all my friends who complain about eating too much sugar (or who are dealing with anything addictive) to see Daniel for support. This is not Las Vegas style hypnosis. It's called hypnoTHERAPY for a reason...it's a different form of therapy that relaxes your mind enough to accept and reinforce positive suggestions that you determine in order to improve your life. I feel like the tools that Daniel has given me have made his role obsolete--after six initial sessions, i only need a "tune up" (or I find a new issue to work on) every few months. It's rare that you find a professional who takes the time to get to know you in your initial interview, makes you feel comfortable, and provides you with an alternative treatment that really works to help you change your life. I've used hypnotherapy for a variety of reasons with great success for most of a year now, and in conjunction with other therapies in my life (which I need less of now that I've done hypnotherapy, so it's even saving me money). I have never been through hypnosis before so my comments are based on this one and only experience with Daniel.  First, he honored a two year old coupon; he is a person who has wonderful customer service. Second, his workshop was multifaceted and well worth my time. Third, his voice for the relaxation/hypnosis sessions of his workshop was extremely pleasant and comforting.  I'm not sure I am a person who can benefit from hypnosis, but if I ever try this again it will be Daniel who I will call for his professional service. I made a page on gofundme.com to help me get money to have weight-loss surgery. That's how me and Daniel met, he contacted me and offered his help. Since then I am down 3 pant sizes from a size 72 waist to a size 68. I used to love Cheetos chips not the crunchy the puffs. Man I loved them things and they loved me. I can now THANK YOU Daniel for freeing me I can now stroll down a chip isle with out having to take all the bags off the shelf. I am breathing better and feeling better.
