Hu Reiki Healing

This was my first experience with Reiki today, and I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival, Mahreen's gentleness and calmness helped me feel at ease, and she explained what to expect. I've been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety along with pain in my neck/shoulder/upper back and hoped that the session would help. The session was very relaxing and rejuvenating, and I felt spiritually better afterwards. It definitely put me in a positive vibe heading home. However, I think my session was too short to see effective results for my pain. I went to see Mahreen for my first Reiki experience. Other then understanding that it was to be a physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, I didn’t really know what to expect. Mahreen clearly explained Reiki and what I might experience. I went to see her regarding some neck issues I’d been having and noticed that when I went to the pool later that day that I didn’t have the neck pain I’ve been experiencing while swimming. I also found it interesting that I have a mole I am concerned about and when she got side of my face, I felt an intense heat. I will be following up on that mole ASAP! Generally, I find it hard to truely relax and I can never truely meditate but every time my mind wandered it was like something was pulling it back to the moment. First of all, I feel the need to mention that Mahreen is a lovely person inside and out. I arrived to her home, and immediately felt relaxed by her presence and the calm atmosphere of her home. She took the time to explain what reiki was and what I should expect during the session. I filled out a form and we spent time discussing my expectations and issues. I've done acupuncture, biofeedback and other types alternative therapies, but first time for me with reiki. It was amazing. I could feel Mahreen's energy as she work on various parts of my body. After recommendations from a friend to give Reiki a try, I reached out to Mahreen. As my first experience with Reiki, I had no idea what to expect. Mahreen did a great job explaining the process of Reiki. During the session, she asked if I had pain in my right wrist. I didn’t but I realized I had a remembrance bracelet on my right wrist. The sadness really bubbled up but was cleansing. After my session, I’ve felt calm, less anxious. My mind was calm too not running through my To Do list. This was my first experience with Reiki, so I don't have a baseline for comparison, but I did enjoy the session. I started to really relax by the end of the half hour session and feel I could have benefited more from an hour long session. my experience with Mahreen has been very unique. I didn't know too much about Distance Reiki before. but Mahreen explained every bit of it and ensure that i understand before i proceed with my session. i had pain in my intestines, so i decided to take session from Mahreen and i was completely taken by the results. even after first session, my pain was almost gone. My kundalini and crystal Reiki healing with Mahreen was a very gentle and peaceful experience. I enjoyed the process greatly and felt that my intuition and spiritual growth expanded after Reiki.
