Ron started off really nice, knowledgeable and pleasant. Shortly after it went down hill, there was always a lack of communication, I had to constantly reach out to get updates and unforunately I should have requested a deadline for accountability and because I did not and his team are offshore it was a mess. One day he even accused me taking advantage of him for a project he agreed to do at a cost but he forgot he quoted me so I reminded him that I am paying for the service and he later apologized but the damage was already done because he spent 2-3 minutes speaking to me as if I was a thief. Additionally he did not deliver on the entire project and made it my responsibility to send meeting notices to my teammate when he had their contact information and reached out to her several times but for some reason felt it became my duty to become his Admin. It was all so weird and turned into a 3 month project when it was supposed to be 1 month tops. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I receive my greatest satisfaction in helping clients reach and exceed their marketing goals and objectives. Many of our clients become close personal friends. We have built our business primarily from referrals from our satisfied clients. Knowing that our clients have enough confidence in us to refer their business friends is a great compliment and obligation we take very seriously.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for National marketing companies YP and ReachLocal I knew there was a better way to serve the Internet marketing needs of SMB’s in the country. I created Horizon Marketing to meet this need.
