Joanne staged my home because we're preparing to sell. Our listing realtors saw how it looked prior to her staging and then right after she finished. They were quite impressed. They were convinced she had made all the right decisions. Joanne made my home so beautiful I wish I weren't selling. Or at least I wish I had it looking it like this for my own personal enjoyment! Joanne has a great eye for color, arrangement of furniture, wall displays, and just making a home look its absolute best. As I look on line for my next home I can tell who had a stager work with them and who choose to allow their home to be photographed without staging. Home Staging by SPC provided staging services to prepare my home for sale. Their services were amazing. Joanne and her team knew exactly what had to be done to make my house attractive to potential buyers. Prior to staging, my real estate agent said my house looked dated. After the staging and needed repairs were done, my real estate agent literally jumped for joy.
