My wife and I were in the market for a new treadmill. We visited Exercise Unlimited's store and was very impressed. The selection of products and the level of customer service was outstanding. It is rare to find good customer service in the Memphis area these days, but the folks at Exercise Unlimited definitely know how to treat the customer. They helped us find the right treadmill for our needs. Their delivery and setup service was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Great experience. Downsizing and had a lot of high end equipment that was not going with us on the move. Called and spoke with Danny. We discussed what I had and within a few minutes had agreed on a price that I felt was fair. The crew that picked up the equipment was courtesy and professional.
