Very organized, booking was super easy and the manager was very nice when messaging me back and forth.Cleaners showed up on time and cleaned our apartment. They did a pretty good job. Outstanding and amazing first time service at my home! This hard working pair of Russian youngsters came in ten minutes early for a 4 hour hired job, and left 5. 45 hours later!!!!! I kept telling them how sorry I was they were working so hard, and in the rain, i even picked up a mop and started in Myself, but they protested so hard, they made Me stop helping! And it's not like they were slacking off, they were working SO HARD! They reached areas never touched by professionals since I moved into this home some 11 years ago! Room 413 had great service. The request process was easy and the cleaner was professional. I've used other services before and they hadn't listened to what I wanted cleaned or cleaned it well enough. With Room 413 this wasn't the case. They listened to me very patiently and took up for work. We did the 'moving out' service and when I checked in, they were not just wiping down the fridge shelves...they had them all disassembled and were washing and wiping each of the shelves individually. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. I thought I'd use room 413 just one time to straighten out my new apartment but I think using room 413 once a week would be perfect for my peace of mind and place. The choice to use this company was a shot in the dark. Awesome job on our apartment! The attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and just shining. Punctual, kind, hard-working and detail-oriented. They go above and beyond every time whether to help prepare for a rooftop event or with a standard apartment cleaning. The pricing is fair and a good value. The support staff also takes their job very seriously and follows up about every cleaning and proactively communicates about any changes. This is my first time with Room  413 but it will not be my last. It started with the initial phone call, manager was pleasant and patient. I was in a blind because I needed to get my place clean for a new sublet while I was out of town. Once they came it was unbelievable how courteous and hardworking they both are. They even pulled out the refrigerator and cleaned behind the wall.  They were so thorough and I requested their names to be put on my file so I can request them again. My husband and I really needed to hire someone to clean our apartment. We had gotten super busy and accumulated so much stuff that it made it hard to clean everything. We contacted Room413 seeking maid services. It was so easy to schedule and they made it really easy to find a time to work with us. Our housekeeper came right on time and was super sweet and polite. She did a great job cleaning all the corners and our place was truly spotless afterward, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Normally I don't like spending money on this kind of stuff when I know I could also clean the apartment. Hands down, best cleaning service I've used thus far. And I'm very particular, I've used other companies before, but none of them was cleaning thoroughly. Lana is amazing. She was on time and brought her own cleaning supplies, which I appreciate since all I have is a swifter. I left for three hours. And when I came back  my apt was dust free, decluttered, and my laundry was folded and put away. The kitchen was spotless as well. The stove was degreased and she even cleaned inside the fridge and behind it. Thrilled. It smells fresh and clean. Make sure you ask for Lana. Definitely worth 5 starts. Â Service was Great, The Eco Friendly Cleaning Materials sounded a bit sceptical but I was amazed with the results! Â That was one of the main focal points of my decision to go with this company! Very very easy scheduling. Â Anel was very sweet and did a great job. Â Brought her own Green supplies. Â I have not done a deep clean like baseboards, high dusting, deep corner cleaning in a while but really need to. ...this way when I hire for a basic cleaning it will last longer...just haven't had the time or money.I will hire Anel again-actually going to do it now to see if I can get her here tomorrow or Saturday. There is too much shed around home after my dog. I had to do something about it. I found those guys and was very happy to hear that they use only ECO supplies for their work. Great service! It took 2 days to respond for them. But any way they made perfect cleaning at home. After they cleaned home they left magnet at refrigerator. That was sweet, love that kinda bonuses. I found out about this company through my acquaintances and since I recently injured my hand I needed help with cleaning. Â Housekeeper that came in is very qualified and did her job in a timely manner .
