I would gladly eat here every time I am in Fort Collins. The Dal soup, served with most meals, is exceptional! Almost all menu items can be made vegetarian. Absolutely yummy. I like the ability to choose between mild, medium or spicy. The dal soup is really good. The smell of the restaurant as you enter is very nice and gives the feeling that the food will be great. Friendly service. Many options when it comes to type of food and level of spice. A rainy Sunday had us looking for a place to relax and a warm meal.  The smells that greeted us as soon as we opened the door were so amazing.  The restaurant was not busy when we first arrived, but was soon bustling with diners and quite a few takeout orders.  The food was good, but delivered sporadically as when the naan showed up by itself, but then about 15 minutes later the spinach Saar,  to be eaten with rice and Naan showed up.  There appears to only be two servers, who were very busy, but it took over two hours for our meal to be finished which was not anticipated.  Oftentimes, food was delivered and there was no place to set down the blazing hot skillets because the dishes from appetizer plates had not been cleared yet.  We were able to stack the dishes ourselves, but it was something that we noted would be easy to fix. This restaurant appears to be a local/family owned business. Which is great cause we need more unique diverse local flavor in Fort Collins. The food is really great!!!  If you haven't tried them you should! After I first discovered HB I went there at least once a week for a month or more straight. So glad to have this menu on this side of town, an area that is flooded with salty chain food. Now it's a go-too for lunch or evening takeout at least once a month!
