I've always passed by this place but never really took time to stop by and see what it's all about. I love HIIT workouts but feel that I never really push myself as hard as I should. One day a friend of mine brought it up that she had joined. After a couple weeks. I noticed how amazing she was looking. She mentioned a deal that had been going on during that time. I wanted to try it but wasn't too sure. Then I decided to just call one day. Jonathan was very friendly on the phone answering all my questions. We set a date and I instantly loved the class! The workouts are great and the people are so friendly. I've been going since the end of March and I absolutely love it. Seeing how much stronger I've gotten and my body transformation makes me feel amazing. Classes never get boring with different workouts and Jonathan makes sure to go around to double check you are doing them correctly. I've learned a lot about workouts, health and diet because of Jonathan. I never really post on yelp but I just felt like I should share how amazing this place is for anyone. I absolutely love this gym and their owners! Jonathan and Tammy truly care about their clients. I kept passing by this gym since it had a different name and kept wanting to try it. I finally worked up my nerve to call them. I am so glad I did because now I've been going for over a year and have felt great! I feel stronger and have lost over 10 lbs. Jonathan and Tammy are so fun to work out with. Sure I hate myself and watch the clock when I'm there, but once it's over, I feel great and am glad I did it. Also the day I'm always sore- like a good sore that shows progress and that the hour I put in the day before did something. Sometimes I go to the "gym" to "work out" by myself, let's face it, I don't push myself. I'm never as sore as I am when I work out at HIITZ. More...

The facility is clean, well ventilated, and the vibe is awesome! Jonathan knows how to push us and make sure we get the most out of our workout but in an upbeat way that almost made me forget about the pain. I found this studio through classpass and tried out their "HIIT Full Body" workout! The instructor, John, was super friendly and helpful. It was my first time working out in about a month and he definitely challenged me, but was very patient when I needed breaks. The facility is very clean and has a large variety of equipment. This gym is great for all fitness levels! I want to start off saying that I've never been into working out or running.  I hated going to the gym because it was so intimidating since I didn't know how to use any of the machinery except the elliptical. A few months ago, I went through a personal experience that led me to gaining a ton of weight and losing a lot of muscle mass.  I was really unhappy with my weight so I decided to look around for different fitness classes that could get me back into shape.  I tried barre and cycling but both didn't feel like it was enough to gain my strength back.  I decided to try HIITZ since it had so many great reviews and I'm so glad I did.  The classes are small which seemed intimidating at first but Jonathan was so great at taking the time to show me the different exercises and how to use the TRX.  Everyone who comes here to work out is super friendly and really welcomed me with open arms.  There is definitely a huge sense of camaraderie with everyone who works out here.After coming here for 1 1/2 months, I definitely feel like I am getting stronger!  I try not to check the scale often but I can definitely tell my clothes are already starting to fit better!  I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a good full body work out.  The classes are always different so you won't ever get bored. Each class is always challenging but do-able and I burn a ton of calories each time I go!  I am so happy that I found a place that motivates me to keep trying my best so that I continue to get stronger and healthier. I've been using Class Pass and been going here for a couple of months about once or twice a week.   The instructor, John, is a good instructor, positive, and informed.   He is good about showing me proper form and modifications if necessary.  He actually taught me how to do proper push-ups.   My hands were always too wide and bringing them in properly, really worked my chest.  John is an Army Veteran and he is very personable.The studio itself is clean and well-maintained.  They have about 8-10 mounts for TRX and an assortment of hand weights and other equipment.The one thing I like here that has made me unhappy about other fitness studios is that there is a plan, it is easy to follow, so I can pace myself to achieve the goal of completing the workout.  No weird surprises, no incomplete plans, no feeling of "they-left-something-out", it just a good plans and it can be completed within the time allowed.This is my new go-to Monday workout and I always feel super de-stresseda d relaxed after my workout.   Thank you John. I've been doing Zumba at HIITZ for almost two years. Faten is such an awesome instructor - her choreography is on point and she takes the time to make sure you get it. It's by far my favorite workout!

I absolutely love this gym. I felt welcomed during my first visit and I continue to come because of the small community feel and upbeat positive vibes. Jonathan observes your form and corrects you where needed. He is very knowledgeable, fun, and hands on throughout class.I especially love the TRX classes because I wanted to incorporate strength training and avoid risking injury. There are lots of modifications for beginners and those with previous injuries and limitations and I really appreciate that attentiveness and personal touch.The Zumba instructor is pretty awesome as well. I am not very coordinated and it's a popular class with great choreography.I am dipping my toes into the other offerings such as the HIIT lab so I can expand my horizons knowing I am in good hands! Hiitz Fitness is the best fitness training experience I’ve ever had... The trainers, Tammy and Jonathan truly care about you, your goals, and your health and well-being. HIITZ Fitness is my home away from home! Becoming a member at HIITZ is the best decision I could have made towards reaching my fitness goals. In as little as 4 weeks I have already lost 20lbs and I feel amazing! Tammy and Jonathan are incredible instructors and know exactly how to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. Joining a new gym can be exceedingly intimidating, but they made me feel like part of the family from the very beginning. Each class is extemely diverse and presents new challenges to your endurance and strength. I go 5-6 days a week and I am always impressed with the innovative workouts they come up with! Absolutely love this gym! Tammy and Jonathan are so encouraging and bring a positive/upbeat vibe to every class. There are people of all ages and ability levels that work out here. After 1 month I have seen great improvement in my strength and my clothes are already too big! Pros: -Every workout is different so you won't get bored. -They offer modifications and ways to challenge yourself for every exercise! No more excuses or feeling like it's too hard/ too easy. -They constantly walk around and check your form so you won't hurt yourself. -I burn almost 500 calories in a 50 minute class. -You will get stronger. Love, love this studio! Hands on , attentive, challenging and fun. Jonathan pays attention to your form and motivates you to push yourself as well. Great variety in classes and the TRX helps you build strength without compression. I love Hiitz Fitness!! I joined over 3 years ago, and I still go almost 6 days a week. Tammy and Jonathan are excellent trainers. They always encourage you to be your best. All of the workouts are fun, challenging and effective. The focus is very one on one and available for all fitness levels to participate. I have knee problems and they are always ready to modify any exercise to help me. The most important thing about Hiitz: it is like working out with friends! Everyone is so great and supportive. In 3 months I have lost almost 20 lbs...I am fitting back into my clothes from high school. It has been truly one of the best experiences I have encountered in a gym. The staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about my needs and fitness goals.I started doing personal training with Jonathan 3 xs a week and saw immediate results. I have always gone to the gym by myself but I learned a lot about nutrition and how to exercise with proper form. HIITZ Fitness is amazing. Being new to town and trying to find a new gym is a challenge. But Jonathan and Tammy were so welcoming that the adjustment was seamless. They also kept me accountable in reaching my short term goals, and did it without ever making me feel uncomfortable. This place makes it a little easier to wake up a the crack of dawn and take care of yourself. In addition to the community they have created, the workout kicks my butt each and every time. About a month in my fiancé even noticed my muscles reacting! I'd say that's a win. I would recommend HIITZ Fitness to anyone! More...

I found this place on groupon. I really enjoy HIIT workouts and I've never done TRX so I wanted to give this place a try. I was a bit intimidated at first because it's a small studio but that's because I'm a pretty shy person . BUT as soon as I walked in Johnathan introduced himself and introduced me to the rest of the class and I blended right in. I really enjoyed the classes and the people here. Johnathan truly cares about each persons fitness goals and ensures everyone is properly executing the exercises with correct form. At HIITZ Fitness you not only gain strength and health but you gain new friendships and a great community.I recommend this spot to any of my friends in the area. Johnathan and Tammy are great instructors. Every class I've been to is amazing and they always provide modification options so that all levels can attend. I like (not like) the personal attention to form and function so that I get the most out of my workout. But also, it helps prevents injury. TRX RIP is a sneaky hard class. I am obsessed with this gym! Being a stay at home mom the most efficient workouts for me were hiit workouts. I soon came to find i started getting bored and hitting my first plateau. I've been attending this gym for over a year now, but had to stop for a few months because I broke my arm. Both Tammy and Jonathan were able to help me a lot by altering the workouts for me to accommodate my arm and new it's almost as strong as it was before! My home away from home! I joined HIITZ 3 years ago looking for a place that broke the monotony of my everyday workout routine. To this day I am still challenged by every workout with the variety of TRX, kettlebells, rip trainers, and tabatas. The smaller group classes are a perfect combination for support and encouragement, but also learning or integrating variations in exercises to accommodate everyone's skill and/or limitations. If I get so lucky to be oncall for work I still get up with the alarm eagerly for the extra bonus of being able to squeeze in a workout. First time HIITZ-goer, and I'm wishing I had known about this gym a long time ago - especially considering I've been working in the area for close to three years! Jonathan was very attentive and provided a fun, challenging and energizing workout. The TRX RIP class is great for all fitness levels; it can be easily adapted to your body's limits. Expect a full body workout. Don't be intimidated! Within a couple of months anyone will see and feel a positive difference. Best of all, it's a smaller space, which means more attentive from the trainer, which means better form and more targeted results for you! This is a one of a kind gym with TRX focus. Who knew TRX can have so many functions and what's great is that my entire body was engaged to stabilize during each move.  I went to the HIIT TRX class. Jonathan was welcoming and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time. He was able to modify moves as needed and I still ended the workout sweaty (yay)!  It would be great to try another class to see how those are like their HIIT Cardio & TRX RIP. If you want to get fit, challenge yourself, and make friends all at the same time, you definitely want to check out HIITZ! I drove by HIITZ for years on my way to and from work and was interested in learning more about TRX, but didn't actually step in the studio until about a year ago. I'm so glad I did! Right off the bat, I was greeted by Jonathan and Tammy. They were both super nice and made sure to ask about my fitness history and whether I had any injuries they should know about. They explained TRX to me and showed me how to use the ropes. When the workouts started, they both were attentive to me and made sure my form was correct and gently corrected me when it wasn't. Both Jonathan and Tammy are highly knowledgeable and are always careful to explain correct posture and form before and during the workout. I've tried TRX classes at other gyms and I just didn't find the warmth or the vigor of a great workout at those places like I do at HIITZ.As someone who works out regularly and considers herself relatively in shape, let me tell you, these workouts are challenging! They're different everyday and they will make you sweat, sore, and out of breath - all the marks of a great workout! My favorite is Tabata, which usually happens on Tuesdays. I'm really happy I decided to take my first class last year. Everyone is awesome and nice and I've definitely made some lifelong friends. I love my HIITZ family! More...

I love this gym! I thought I was in pretty good shape but coming here showed me what my body is truly capable of. You'll be pushed to your limit and beyond.
The workouts are challenging and always varied... I've been going here for a year and every class has been different. The smaller group size means more personal attention and the trainers, Jonathan & Tammy, really know their stuff. You could be doing anything from pure TRX, kettlebells, tabata, HIIT circuits, RIP trainer or whatever creative workout they invent that day!
The atmosphere is so friendly and they really make you feel like family.

I love This gym!! I came to a Zumba class on a Tuesday night and met the owner Tammy. She was  unbelievably kind to me. I felt so sore after one of their amazing classes. I even had a hard time putting my shoes on the next morning. I brought a friend with me the following Thursday and our abs were in pain from laughing the next day! I first learned about HIITZ through classpass. I was on the lookout for a new morning bootcamp style class. Some others I tried didn't have good trainers and i wasn't seeing results. After my first HIITZ class, I knew I wanted to get a membership there because the trainers Johnathan and Tammy are so great. They are very motivational, they are always making sure you are doing the exercises correctly and they really care about you and your results. The classes aren't easy and you're constantly pushing yourself but it's so fun at the same time and the trainers always mix it up so you never get bored. I have been working out here for about 6 weeks now and I definitely feel and see a change in my body. More...

I've been attending classes at yubfit for 6 weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my endurance and strength! i've really enjoyed working out with the trx, as it wasn't something i did often prior to coming here. i don't feel intimidated when i work out here as opposed to those other small group training boot camps. jonathan and tammy continue to motivate me daily to do my best and i'm hoping this review will motivate others to come and try it out. you won't be disappointed!
