Extremely informative and professional. Incredible results with Jason at HPT on the 21 day detox program! Being a very busy mom to three young children, I fell into the trap of always putting myself last. Mentally I was in a fog and couldn’t remember anything. The weight was slowly creeping up and I found myself hiding from the world because I was uncomfortable with my body and how it had changed. It was time to invest in ME and push the reset button. HTP’s program was just what I needed. Jason met with me and went over their detox program. Everything was so detailed and easy to follow. Surprisingly I never felt hungry and after day 3 I felt noticeably better. Every few days we would meet to measure my body fat and go over food charts. If my body was not responding to something then he would tweak or change the program to customize it to what I needed. I learned so much about my own body throughout the process. I now know what makes it inflame and what supplements I should be taking. All together I lost 10lbs and went down 2 dress sizes! My metabolism is on fire and I have so much more mental clarity. This was totally worth the investment and I would do it again in a heartbeat! More...

I have dedicated the last 10 months to training at Higher Power, the place is filled with hard working individuals. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and pushes you to improve everyday. They have very flexible plans to meet your goals, budget, and schedule. I recently completed an eleven week Nutritional Plan through Higher Power Training. While this plan was very challenging for me, with the encouragement and knowledge of the trainer, I as able to exceed my weight loss goal and I improved my overall nutritional habits and health. After many years of working out at one of the “big clubs” and making little progress, a friend recommended a visit to Jason and the team at Higher Power Training. My experience at HPT has been fantastic. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping his clients really achieve their fitness goals and improving overall health.

I utilized HPT’s smart and “very livable” nutrition program along with regular strength training sessions to significantly improve my overall strength and conditioning and have dropped 39.5 lbs of fat. The environment at HPT is fun, supportive and friendly. Jason does a great job making sure everyone stays energized and continues to improve along the way.

Love this place! Cori Glau is a fantastic trainer - she helped me get back on track after an SI joint and hamstring dysfunction. She really knows the body and could immediately tell what I needed to work on; it all fit with what my physical therapist had been telling me, so that was comforting! I've been training with Cori for 3 1/2 years. I was never an athlete growing up, so there was a lot for me to learn when I started strength training. Cori was very encouraging as I worked to learn new techniques and pushed my body in ways I didn't know were possible. As I progress, she continues to teach me more challenging things that are helping me build and maintain strength one week at a time.

Cori's personality keeps the workouts fun - she will make you laugh at the drop of a hat! She gets to know her clients so well that she knows if it's a day to really challenge you or if it's a day to just be proud that you made it to the gym and are taking time to take are of yourself.

In short, I love training with Cori!! She's helped me learn how to do new things, see the results of my efforts and maintain a healthy lifestyle while having fun along the way! If you're looking for an awesome personal trainer, you should get in touch with Cori!

Higher Power Training is an excellent training facility with high minded and enthusiastic trainers that are motivated to get you the results you want. As a college wide receiver, they double the strength in my legs in just over a month of hard work and every day was enjoyable because they were so friendly and positive towards me. Exceptional, knowledgeable & motivating!

I've been working out with the trainers at Higher Power Training for over a decade. The staff there is very knowledgable and encouraging. Jason, the owner, really knows his stuff. I have several injuries, and he is very good at knowing how to adapt the exercises/weights to not aggravate my injuries, and in fact to coax my injuries along to actually get better over time. His other trainers are also excellent. If you talk with Jason, he is good at suggesting which trainer would be a good fit for you. Higher Power Training also has a 10 day and 3 week detox program that I've done a few times and, with the trainer's encouragement, have been able to successfully complete -- resulting in lost body fat, lost pounds, and feeling better overall. I live in Saint Paul, and I drive there to train there - that is how good this place is! More...
