just had the best experience with one of the Male managers! seriously I walked in getting some food with my friend not expecting much but oh wow! we got the best service iv probably ever gotten anywhere! he was kinda, funny, fast and efficient not to mention the food was so good it didn't take us long to polish it off! I seriously cant thank him enough for such and amazing experiences! one of the greatest talents in customer service and satisfaction is being able to do your job and keep the guests interested in what you are doing and saying, making them feel welcomed... this was achieved to the max today! There is no way that man would have known but I personally have gone through a few bad days... for the first time in about a week I laughed. So extra thank you man! If you are looking for amazing treatment and compassion beyond the standard.. I recommend 1000% More...

Great food, relaxing atmosphere. Meet one of the owners, who was very nice, and enjoyed chatting with her for a couple minutes. Glad they are supportive of military, first responses, including nurses, and teachers. The food was excellent. When we travel this way again, we'll definitely eat at Heroes. I've started coming here recently on Tuesday nights for the weekly bar trivia event. The game is a lot of fun, and is hosted by the wonderful, entertaining Cory. We usually do pretty well and always have a lot of fun. We've won twice and come in second twice. The food is great. The pot stickers are absolutely superb. And I'm a big fan of the Fuzztail, one of many great selections from their extensive beer menu. The service is wonderful. Sarah is always smiling and welcoming. She consistently goes out of her way to learn and remember what her customers want. And she's always checking to make sure that they're well taken care of and have everything they need. The owner, Kyle, is a class act. He bought us a round of shots for winning the weekly trivia game and really went out of his way to spend some time talking with our table. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated by taking time out of his day to share his vodka and tequila recommendations, to learn a little about who we were, and to inform us of/provide us samples of new product we might be interested in that he'd recently received in an order. From top to bottom, this place is a good place to have a good time in a good atmosphere amongst good people.
