I called over the phone and requested A wristlet for my sons date for I think it was a homecoming dance. He was also more than gracious and accommodating when I requested a second wristlet for his second date! To say the flowers were unimaginably gorgeous would be an understatement! I've been ordering flowers for 50 + years to friends and family around the US. NEVER EVER have I had such an "inspirational" experience. Truly. What I ordered had to be slightly altered so I got from the owner: a text, a phone call, and an email. AND with the email I got a photo of the substitution. Have never heard of that! WoW! The arrangement I received as a gift for my parents was absolutely the most beautiful I have received. I was not home, so the gentleman that delivered it left me a message on my phone telling me that he left the flowers by the front door, and put a note on our garage door. When ordering flowers from out of town,you never know what will be sent. I can honestly say I was very impressed. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Friday morning I spur of the moment decided I wanted to send flowers to my sister so I scrambled to find somewhere in Ludlow. I ordered online,the "winter flowers" from the website for delivery....hoping it could be completed that day!It was!
