I really love my heart math. Unfortunately I've only had it for 5 weeks and the thing is broken. What I do not love is the return policy. After several emails back-and-forth with the Tech Support people I was informed that I will have to ship it back my old unit that broke after 5 weeks of use and wait for them to receive it before they would send me a new 1. So I have to go for weeks potentially without a unit. May only other option was to give them my credit card so they could put it on file and then ship me out a new unit in 3 to 5 days. I already went ahead and ordered a replacement unit that will be here even sooner because I am now concerned that a device that I like to you so much is going to break at any given moment. So eventually when they send me my replacement unit I will have to units and hopefully they both won't crap the bed at the same time. I really love the concept but I am totally in thoroughly concerned about the quality of this product. This product had Actually been working for me until to day when I just spent hours trying to fix a broken unit. And now I'm in tears because the customer Service sucks and I now have to wait for who knows how long to get a unit that actually functions More...
