Q&As

My business stands out because I do not make "cookie-cutter" programs for my clients. I understand that fitness is not a "one size fits all" endeavor. In order for you, as a client to reach your own personalized goals, the fitness professional MUST take the time to listen to what you WANT and design a program that will get you to where YOU want to go.

Consistency & dedication. It sounds cliché but pursuing a healthy lifestyle is not a month-long commitment. Those who take the time in the gym & adopt the mental toughness needed to push through those tough workouts are the ones who will ultimately succeed.

I love that I get to witness the pride my clients exude when their hard work pays off. Their efforts show them that their goals are in fact, attainable.

I was introduced to weight training my Junior year of college and after that I was hooked. I spent the following summer studying the components weight training on my own and decided that after college, I would pursue fitness full-time. I began studying for my NASM-CPT a month or so after college and opened my own business so I could conduct my business after I passed my exam. I discovered my passion for Powerlifting in December 2016 and have been lucky enough to be successful in that demographic at such an early start. At 24 years old, being able to do what I love at such a young age has been a dream come true.

I started my own business because in the past, I spent much of my life searching for my own mental and physical strength. Now that I have found that, I am able to project my knowledge and more importantly, my passion onto those who are also wishing to find their own mental and physical strength.

Bark clients should choose me because I am patient, motivating and genuinely listen to each one of my client's goals. If a trainer gives every single client the same workout, that just won't work. No one's goals are alike. I am through which not only gives my clients efficient results, but also lets them know that I am rooting for them!
