Stephanie is dedicated to holistic healing of your body through the art of massage. Like most one-person operations looking for more business through Groupon, Stephanie fell victim of overwhelming success on it, which she was not prepared for. People need to understand that groupon has a tragic effect on these small operations and shame on them for not guiding smaller businesses to limit the amount of vouchers that they offer. She has committed herself to improve her business practices and I hope that people who had a bad experience to try her again. One thing to point out, give her a chance to work on you and you will understand her concept of time...she is not a schedule on the clock type of gal...she sometimes gives more or less time because it's all conducive of making sure your body is taken care of. If it takes less time one session, it will take more the next...it all evens out in the end. You pay for a 60-min, she almost always goes over to 90-mins. She often runs over, so if you do schedule a massage, keep your day open and enjoy your time with your massage experience. After all...it's all about relaxing, right Now about my experience: I took my mother here for her birthday a few years back and my mother is a harsh critic. I was shocked at how much praise she had for Stephanie after her session. Soon after I had used her services since becoming pregnant and she really helped keep my body in line thought my first pregnancy. I made the mistake of not going to her for most of my second pregnancy until I couldn't bare the pain in my back...I went to her and she really released the muscle tension. She knows where to press to release any muscle spasm, strain or tightness. I really became a believer of her technique when she released sciatic nerve pain in my leg. The space she practices in is an eclectic mix of decor and is cozy, not sterile. This along with her charming and quirky personality has made me very comfortable getting massages from her. More...

I absolutely love this woman! The groupons I bought for me and my husband expired months ago, but she was so gracious and took us for the groupon price anyway. She made the whole experience very comfortable for both of us :). I had a great experience with Heal-thy-body, my therapist was Stephany. She worked on my problem areas and was very knowledgeable on the Anatomy of the body and identified potential root causes for problem areas. She provided feedback and best practices such as exercises to perform at home to keep the body in alignment. I've been to a lot of massage establishments and what I respected the most about this place is the explanation of the Anatomy and problem areas and how they connect. The only recommendation I would provide is to hire a receptionist. There were times when customers would walk in and my session would need to be paused in order for her to attend to them. I used a Groupons over 2 years ago and I still go as the body work is great! I have used groupons at a number of massage locations in Western Mass and CT and Stefany is the only one I found on groupon that I go back at full price time after time.
