I attended an improv intensive today. I walked in with an open mind, and a goal: "Overcome my fear of improv."
Cathryn Hartt demystified the art of improv, breaking it down into a few simple rules. Through her expert instruction and coaching I learned to trust my instincts and subconcious, and I overcame my headtrip.

I was so impressed with Cathryn's ability to focus on each actor's strengths and exalt them to be their best self. I was in a group of a wide range of ages and received a gift from each participant and from Cathrynn. I really think she is brilliant!

We absolutely loved Mrs. Hartt and Gabby really enjoyed the camp she attended last week. As a parent, I really liked how each day we were able to view a playback of our child's performance with that day's script/scene. It showed my daughter specifically what areas she needed to work on and helped me as well to see what areas I need to support her in. My 7 year old daughter attended her on-camera camp and I saw such a major improvement in my daughter's skills and comfort being filmed. She was willing to take the time to give my daughter extra one on one time because of her age. What a blessing Miss Hartt is and my daughter had so much fun!
