Professional until it wasn't.
If a file is cookie cutter then Mrs. Harris is your professional. If it isn't and things are not in her order then he prepared to receive blame and degrading comments. My experience was that I wasn't a good enough file for Mrs. Harris . As a result Mr. Harris is unapologetic when she terminated our contract without completing the filing, won't respond to my request for the work performed, and justifies her behavior.

Disappointing. After being communicating a concern regarding degrading the dialog went south and in the end she refuses to finish my file. She will claim that is not the case but yet I paid for a service that she won't complete. When asked for what she has completed she ignores me.
