I really enjoyed working with Happy Holler Marketing. They are real people, and they make me feel like, I too, am a real person -- not an account number or a monthly invoice. I appreciate the time and energy they spent getting to know me and the unique nature of my small business. When we started working together they crafted personalized marketing options that suited my needs and budget. They have always been clear and thoughtful in their communications with me, be that in person, over the phone, text, or e-mail.They are working with me to: improve the marketing I already have in place, stretch my marketing dollars further with their industry expertise, and to grow my business by reaching new audiences. Their staff have gone above and beyond for me when website emergencies have arose. They have been patient and kind when I kept them on the phone for longer then planned because they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my understanding of a technical processes outlined in an agreement. In addition, the Happy Holler team is thinking about future opportunities. While not being pushy or making me feel like there is always an up-sell, they take initiative to let me know about what other marketing ideas and suggestions they have for my company.
