I have been using Octavio for at least 5 years now and am glad to be able to leave a review to highlight what a great service this is. I live in a condo complex and each year we hire Octavio and his crew to clean the windows, screens and skylights of several homeowners, scheduling one after another. At this point, we are now up to scheduling 2 Saturdays each June, with at least 6 homes each day. Needless to say, their work speaks for itself, as our list keeps growing each year. They are professional, efficient , on time and do a great job. Although they come here mostly to do windows, we have used them also for pressure washing our deck, so their services include more than just windows. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I highly recommend Octavio for window washing. He is fast, professional and very cost effective. The windows, tracks and screens were left extremely clean and there was no mess left behind.
