Tammy and her team fulfilled every imagination we had. Cake was amazing and delicious. Cupcakes were stunning and delicious and the Surprise Grooms Cake was literally out of this world!

We had a small cake baked for my husband and I to enjoy after our reception (it was great!) and for the reception itself we had cake pops and cupcakes! They were delicious! The cake (at the guest of honor's request) had to be "Tres Leche, with pecan filling" and had to be purchased at a location over an hour away, from the "only" person that knows how to make it correctly? I'm a cupcake snob from California no less who relocated back East. I've been so sad in trying to find a great cupcake place. Half-baked is an answered prayer. Their cupcakes are flavorful, fresh, moist with the perfect amount of density and darn finger-licking good. Their cakes look impressive and are reasonably priced. I only wish they were open slightly later but then again I'd be a daily visitor if they were and I'm not sure my waist line could handle all that delicious sweetness. I have say I have never had such Wonderful Flavors just burst in your mouth like they did yesterday when i had piece of the Coconut custard pie i bought from Half Baked so now I am spending to word that you ever wants any type of cakes,pasties or sweet they must go to Half Baked Patisserie because this place is truly Amazing its like it fell from heaven & I give it a 5 michelin star

My wife found a LOL birthday cake on Pinterest and sent the picture to them to see if they could make it. They nailed it. Cake was very tasty frosting was delicious everybody about it . Not terribly expensive. My only negative is that the person who waited on me didn't seem to be having a good day. I hope I got better for her. anyone looking for a custom cake (or even just a delicious one) I HIGHLYYYYY recommend Half Baked Patisserie !! I called and asked them for a shopkins sheet cake for my daughter’s 8th birthday. They told me email them the image I wanted and what I wanted it to say. When we picked up the cake, What I got was wayyy more than I ever imagined or expected in the best way !! It was AMAZING in every way. My daughter’s cake looked better than I ever thought, and everyone talked about how good it tasted - even the guests who weren’t normally sweets fans ! Half Baked is my favorite place to get cupcakes - they're the best texture (not dry), and icing is amazing so everything is well balanced. I always buy packs of 24 cupcakes for special occasions. Their cupcakes are delicious. The cupcakes are $2.50 each or 5 for $10. If you're planning to go later in the day make sure to call first as they do sell out and close before scheduled times.

Our cupcakes were out of this world in more ways than one! We had a broad variety of cupcakes and a galaxy-themed 6" cake topper to match our space themed wedding. Since we live in NYC we didn't have time for a real tasting and just went to the bakery to purchase a bunch, try them over the weekend, then called/emailed Tammy to make our order-- it was nice and simple. We had the cake the year after our wedding and we were amazed at how well it kept-- it lived in the fridge for another two weeks after and was still soft and moist. Highly recommended! Tammy gave me personal time and attentional as well as flexibility in making a decision for our wedding cake. The results were delicious and gorgeous to say the least....tons of compliments from our guests!
