PHEW! I'll try to keep this brief but Haiku I Do was amazing!
My husband is from Australia and our wedding needed to be planned and executed quickly due to the nature of his visa (the fiance visa requires you to marry within 90 days of entering the country).
Up until approval we didn't know if we'd be marrying in AU or the US!
We found Haiku I Do and from the moment we contacted them, we knew they were different! They have a warmer, more friendly, and personable feel when you work with them. Everyone else we contacted was cold or laughed us off when we told them how soon we needed to book the ceremony.
The grounds are GORGEOUS! It's a little slice of heaven tucked into the edge of Biltmore village! They told us that their motto is 'Come dressed, we do the rest!' and they didn't lie! I was nervous about overlooking a detail or something leading up to the ceremony but they seriously had everything covered!
We chose the location (their adorable chapel) and they asked for just a few things; we had to choose cake flavors, make a playlist on Spotify, and set a time for the ceremony. And that was it!!

Haiku I do was amazing to me and my fiancé! We had to drive 5 and half hours to be able to get married legally. The ladies at Haiku went above and beyond for us, not only for the wedding. They suggested places we could stay the night before our wedding as well. I was a little nervous being able to get everything done last minute (we planned everything in less than 2 weeks) They reassured us that we could get it done! They told me everything we needed. They sent me several photos of places that we could use, and the day of was amazing! I told them that we didn't want anything religious, and our ceremony was perfectly worded! We spoke of things that were perfect for us. Love, commitment, and our future together. After the ceremony I told the ladies that we would love to grab a bite to eat but didn't know where to go, they told us several places. and even emailed us lists of great local places we could enjoy. We went to. two out of three places they suggested and they were all incredible. This company made our ENTIRE visit so relaxed! We enjoyed every single minute of our Asheville experience! Haiku I Do was a dream come true. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Jennifer took the time to get to know me so that she could make recommendations that I would love. The venue selections were spectacular. We went with the bouquet package. I feel like we got the most bang for our buck going that route. The photographer did an incredible job, and Haiku I Do really spent the time with me to create the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen.
