It was a great place to celebrate my birthday turn up. I’ve never experienced a high end restaurant on Palm Beach Island but I’m very happy and appreciative that Hai House was my first. Dined here with my family on a Sunday night. Restuarant was beautiful and the staff was super friendly and very sweet to my young daughter. We shared some dim sum and starters and the Gerenal Tso’s and a noodle dish. It was all delicious! One of our go-to spots in Palm Beach. Love coming for happy hour, having a cocktail and dim sum, and then staying for dinner. Sunday night Chinese in PB! Opposite from Neiman Marcus, 2nd floor elevator or stair accessible, beautifully designed restaurant, bar, communal table, outdoor tables, or indoor tables. Attentive staff, attractive crowd, lots of options, traditional Chinese, as well as Asian fusion reinterpreted. All with locally source Floridian products. We went to Hai House with another couple about 4 days after they opened. Ordered a lot of different things. Scallion Pancakes were very tasty but small. Not enough to share between 4 people. Mandarin Beef was just sliced steak not traditional style. Good but very expensive at $42. Tried a few other dishes including General Tso Chicken and enjoyed all. They needed more time to get their act together. We decided to go back a few weeks later and had a really different and good experience. Bao Buns, Spicy Shrimp Rolls, Dumplings, all excellent. The joint was jumpin last night...Palm Beach has always needed a terrific Chinese restaurant and now it has one. We started with Shanghai soup dumplings, spare ribs, that very special kale dish they do and a few other things. .........yum. Then Mongolian beef and broccoli and Peiking duck. 4 of us shared and everything was great. Indeed, Hai House has gotten better every time we've been there. We were lucky enough to have Paula looking out for us so service was terrific........hard to accomplish in such a short time. We are very happy to have Hai House in the neighborhood. My family and I have been to Hai House 3 times already to have dinner and we were really satisfied each time
We have tried different dishes and always love everything. One of my favorites is the pineapple sweet and sour pork, also the Mongolian beef and egg rolls. The green tea tres leches dessert was also super good! I can honestly say everything has terrific flavor and also fabulous service. Everything was so delicious. We have never tried such fantastic Chinese food. All dishes were plated nicely. I also love the atmosphere in there, everything is high end. Don’t be fooled ....there is only one Chinese restaurant in Palm Beach that’s worthwhile and that’s Hai House.

The menu has included some great items. Try the Mongolian Beef, you will not be disappointed.

There’s always an upbeat feeling as well as a high level of energy running through the room.

The bar is a great place to stop early in the evening for happy hour and dim sum. The servers are always attentive and anticipate all of your needs.

As a local we look forward to dining at Hai House at least once a week It’s one of our top three in Palm Beach. More...

Heard about this place, decided we would check it out. Not a lot of places have great Vegan / Veg options but that wasn't the case. Third visit since opening and it is steadily improving. We have had great food and drinks every time. Among the favorites for us would be the crispy seaweed app, char siu ribs, and sweet and sour pork served in a pineapple! The space is beautiful and lively. We've been here now three times and every time it's better and better. It's the kind of place where the owner is at the door and shakes your hand when you come in. Our favorites are the Ribs, Wings, Fried Rice, Peking Duck and Mongolian Beef. The place is loud, but its the kind of loud a good restaurant should be. Visited on New Year's Eve and it was a blast. Room is really great looking, not like other restaurants in Palm Beach it was uber young and felt fun. People at the bar, people at communal tables, every table was full. We only got appetizers and fried rice but they were all fantastic. The Chicken Wings are the best I've ever had. Will come back for dinner, Palm Beach needed this restaurant and I am sure the people who opened it are gonna do great there. Quite possibly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was exceptional. I had the sezhuan beef, the house fried rice and the salt and pepper squid. The fried wonton was obviously made on site and the side sauces were accompanied by a pepper jam for dipping that was divine. My dinner date had the rib appetizers and the general tso chicken which was artfully presented in the belly of a halved pineapple . Well played. I ate so much I had no space for dessert or coffee so I will have to take another trip back. FYI...we were dining with a small child and the staff was so accommodating and polite. We've been twice now and we think it's pretty great. The space feels elegant but not stuffy like a Palm Beach white table cloth restaurant, it's modern and cool. They give you these wontons at the table when you arrive, not sure I've ever had better. The server was attentive, but you could tell he was very busy with lots of tables. The room was really real buzzy, and loud like many have commented but it felt like a hot spot. Apps were great, our favorite were the Char Sui Ribs and the Crispy Seaweed. Dim Sum was good, we shared a bunch of different ones including the Soup Dumplings. Table ordered a Fried Rice (amazing) and Lo Mein as well as General Tso Chicken, all were delicious. Highlights we're the shared Beef and Broccoli and Peking Duck, 5 Stars. We skipped dessert, but the fortune cookies are a must have. Funny custom fortunes are snarky, don't leave without them.
