We had the privilege of having Maria cater our wedding day. She and her crew were phenomenal. Our family is still talking about the delicious dinner she made us. Her set up was beautiful, on time, and was the highlight of our night. As we set up the night before we misplaced a few plates. Chef Maria made a pit stop on her way to our venue and bought the extra plates we lost. We couldn’t of had a better experience without her. Chef Maria catered a weekend meditation retreat that I hosted for 10 people. She delivered all 5 meals for the weekend on Friday afternoon, exactly as we had planned. The meals consisted of comforting food that is both healthy, well balanced, filling, and light enough to leave room for deep breathing and deep contemplation--just what we needed! I was so nervous about picking someone off the internet, but Maria's professionalism and responsiveness completely reassured me. And the food was a HUGE success. My only regret? We used Chef Maria for dinner for 16, and we were incredibly pleased. Dinner was amazing, and it was so wonderful to smell the delicious food cooking while we all got to enjoy our time together instead of a few of us in the kitchen. Maria made our wedding day amazing, she went above and beyond to make our special day, extra special! The food is absolutely amazing, I couldn't find one thing I didn't like! The presentation of our meal was breathtaking! Alot of extra touches makes a difference; such as homemade BBQ sauce, and coleslaw dressing, her mac and cheese, and mac salad are out of this world!! I recently used this amazing woman for our wedding. She done an amazing job. She was first to arrive and last to leave. She took complete control and the finished product was out if this world. We had a BBQ theme menu with smoked pork,baked beans,Mac and cheese,Mac salad,ham,and slaw. She made from scratch the slaw, Mac salad, Mac and cheese,and two types of BBQ. Chef Maria catered my Mom's 50th birthday dinner and it could not have been a better experience! We held our private dinner at a cabin in Harper's Ferry that we rented for a little getaway. Maria was responsive, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. We worked together to create a surf and turf menu since it is my Mom's favorite. Maria was extremely prepared and paid careful attention to detail while preparing our meal at the cabin. Everything was ready right on time and we were amazed by each dish she served. The crab artichoke bisque was no ordinary soup! So full of flavor that we're still craving it. The filet and lobster were cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. My family recently had the pleasure of having Maria cater a wedding reception for my cousin. Not only was the food delicious but her creative display was absolutely beautiful! Since it was a Fall wedding, she tied in colors of the food and appetizers with the Fall color theme of the decorations, which made everything look so beautiful and inviting.
