I have had numerous personal trainers over the last several years, and Tenia is one of the best! She really knows what she is doing, and I continue to see improvement in my strength, flexibility, and balance. I have also participated in some of the group fitness classes on Saturday mornings, and they are a wonderful way to shed the stresses that have built up over the past week and to prepare physically and mentally for the week ahead.
