I love Gym 360! This is just what I needed to take my fitness to the next level. I love the variety of classes. My favorites are boxing and crossfit. The routines in these classes are never the same so I'm not getting bored doing the same things over and over again. The other gym participants and instructors are very nice and encouraging. Where do I begin!!! I have done just about everything out there....crossfit, personal training, boot camp, T25, P90, etc etc. 360 is all of those wrapped into one. You never know what you're going to get and just when you think you do, they change it up. I love that!! The trainers here are so awesome and very personable!!! They motivate, encourage and challenge you to push yourself!!! They are always finding ways to bring the program to a new level and you get all of this for such a nominal price!!! I love Gym 360! I enjoy working out with the members it is like a family, everyone supports each other. I really enjoy the variety of workouts that we are given, it is total body and never the same. The trainers are amazing they support you and help to push you to and past your personal best. I have been a member of Gym 360 for years, this is my FitFam!!!! There is nothing like the encouragement, support and motivation you get from every trainer. But more importantly is their spirit, they are a humble bunch that's hardworking, dedicated and results driven. You get out of it, what you put in. It's all about challenging yourself but the team competitions are fun showcase of your hard work. Not only do this FitFam at Gym 360 work hard but the trainers ensure we play hard with various social gatherings. They also keep a focus on family and provide kid fitness programs as well. Since I started 360 back in August I've seen a change in my body and also my mind set. I've been working out for a long time, but the change i needed to see started happening when I started at gym 360. I never challenged myself befor I just simply went to the gym every day and worked out. My change started when I joined gym 360, this place is beyond what I expected in a booth camp. The encouragement you get from the trainers is awesome, and the workouts are always diffrent and challenging. They take daily videos of our workouts that allows us to look back at our workout nightly and see our progress. I feel stronger, healthier, and I am now always ready to push my body to levels I didnt know it could go. Thank you Gym 360 for helping me to encourage myself, this gym is Exactly what I needed.
