The portions are huge and the salads a little heavy in olives, but the dressing is tasty, and the salads are loaded with other items besides olives. In the meantime, the entrees are absolutely delicious! Never a complaint about any pasta dish, and the sandwiches are spectacular. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We meet in our offices with our clients and simply discuss their event, expectations, and budget. We then share our history, our knowledge of the business and how we are able to offer very competitive prices, the steps in securing the contract and we go through the process of how we stage caterings so our guest have a good idea of how we do what we do. We also show guest some of their options and setups.
What do you love most about your job?
We love serving our guest. In our business, the hospitality industry, our rewards often are not financial but seeing our service efforts bring joy to our customers. That is very rewarding and amounts to a great feeling at the end of the day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because we make every effort to serve our customers well. Service is hard work and we do it seven days a week. We also understand what it is like to be on a budget.
