So, I have to give a huge applause to Kathy for her outstanding customer service and her kind and loving way she approached Finnigan when we arrived for our appointment today. Thank you x100 to Lori, the groomer, that took her time and gave Finnigan the extra reassurance and patience he needed to get through his first grooming and not giving up on him! I brought my 7 yr old Coton de Tulear for his first grooming post back surgery. They were SO accommodating and gentle with him! I brought my 10 year old ShihTzu in to be groomed here, let me tell you this place is like no other, the people there are so nice and friendly. My little boy Nico looked and smelled the very best. I don’t know what Heather used to dry him but I never seen or felt his coat so soft and shiny. And whatever cologne she used it’s the best, a week later and Nico still smells as fresh as the day he came home. They also don’t believe in caging the pets, which I just loved about it, because Nico gets along with all dogs and is very friendly to everyone. I've been going to GHI since they opened. They're always courteous, and run on time. It is easy to schedule an appointment with Michelle within the week of your call, and mostly I love how my cocker spaniel, Cody, looks and feels when I pick him up! Great job girls!!!

Took my Bichon here twice already and not only is the price great, but they do an amazing job. Best part they let the dogs play before and after their cut and my dog has never been happier when I see him. He even wants to play etc. Great and happy atmosphere. Highly recommend! A++++++ More...

I just have to say how impressed I am with this service. While I'm new to this groomer I have had so so many awful encounters with many groomers. I'll start from the beginning making an appointment was easy as pie. I actually got a returned phone call and didn't have to chase down someone for an appointment! ( first A+) in my book. I got called into work early and so I had my brother in law bring chewy, and it was incredible the diligence they put into their work. Making sure I was okay with him in a play area instead of a cage ( second A+) and requiring a signature I thought was really great. (Working in the hair industry I know these can be a great help).

Now for the cut. Again I'm the industry my Little chewy for the most part let me bath and cut him. A few trips to prior groomers left him a bit skittish and quite butchered so I tried myself. And for almost 8 months I was able to do so. Until like most kids ( fur and not) are too cool for their moms to cut them LOL. Hesitant to bring him back for a groomer cut I gave this place a shot despite these ridiculous 1 star reviews. And boy am I ever so pleased.

Though I couldn't pick him up my boy looked incredible! Being a human hairstylist I'll be the first to say I am so picky! I'm So happy and I loved the treats and all the things sold at the shop! And what a great price! I've paid nearly double in the past for some half a**ed haircuts. And I'll be the first to admit it Chewy was a mess! I couldn't be happier and the tie was just the perfect cherry on top of the cake! I've never done this ever but I've booked another appointment for him! Thanks so much you guys were great !! More...

I have taken my Teddy to Groomer Has It since he was a baby. Teddy is always so excited to go for his haircut and comes home happily tired from playtime with his friends. I have a pug who hates getting her nails cut. She wrestles me, even with 2 people holding her she fights until she is so stressed out. Several times at petco I had to make the team of 3-4 people wrestling with her for 10 min, stop because she was so stressed and her breathing was so heavy. The groomers at groomer has it are excellent. Yes my dog still hates getting her nails cut, yes she fights, but they just know how to handle her and get the job done. They never need more than 2 people, they always get it done in less than 5 minutes which puts way less stress on my dog. Even with her pulling her paws away and fighting only once did they ever cut a nail too short, but mistakes happen and that's a minor one. When I lived further away I would drive 35 minutes to go to this groomer because I never found a better one. After my last bad experience at petco and then hearing a pug died there getting it's nails cut (heart attack because it was so stressed) I will no longer put my dog through further torture by sending her there even if the hours are a bit more convenient. I never got a haircut at groomer has it, but the dogs always come out looking cute as ever, and they don't use kennels , they have an area they let the dogs hang out in while they're waiting to be picked up. If you have a dog that is a nightmare when it comes to getting their nails cut, I highly recommend this place and trust the groomers 100% with my dog. And with the attention they put into their work, if it had a dog with long hair this would be the place to go. More...

They are super. They took extra care of my elderly blind little girl Cleo and they take care of my energetic JRT Zack. Unfortunately Cleo crossed over the rainbow bridge but thank you for taking such good care of her whe I brought her in. I highly reccoment them.
