Great massage! Found this place on yelp when I was in town visiting, and read the other great reviews. Didn't want to pay the high price rates of the Stratton village spa, and love this one regardkess. Can't complain!

I had the most enjoyable mani/pedi here! I think it was with Kara(?) but I'm not super with names. I stopped in while we were in Manchester for a 2-day getaway and I'm so glad I did! She took her time and made sure every part of it was comfortable and enjoyable for me. She was chatty but not too chatty and I just can't say enough good things about my experience. She kept checking in to make sure it wasn't uncomfortable. Honestly, if I ever come back to Manchester (and I hope I do), I am coming back to this place for a mani/pedi from Kara. I hope her name is Kara. I may even have her do my hair next time.... Lovely... More...

I was in Manchester last weekend for a long weekend.  My husband and I were staying at the Equinox Resort and Spa but I didn't want to pay their $200 plus treatment prices so looked for an alternative in the area.  I happened upon the Green Door Day Spa.  Although it is primarily a hair salon, they do offer spa services.  I booked myself in for a facial with microderm (for $120).  I saw Jenn Starr, who does waxing, massage and facials.  All I can say is that she is AMAZING!!!  Not only did my skin glow for days afterwards but during the treatment, she never once stopped working.  I thought I was going in to spruce up my face but walked away from a head to toe experience (warm booties and foot massage, as well as a hands, arms and shoulder massage).  It was blissful, relaxing and more than worth the price.  I would hands down recommend this salon, and in particular, Jenn to anyone looking for a spa treatment in Manchester! Awesome. I found this salon through Goldwell in an effort to recreate the experiences I have had at the only salon I trust (which is in inconveniently in Cleveland). I made an appt with their color specialist and was blown away. Not only is the salon professional and comfortable, but the hair! It is so good!I have had countless horrid experiences at other salons in the area...Bennington's Clip Shop being the worst....and consequently had some anxiety at the beginning of my appt. However, the cut and color outcomes made it clear to me that I should 100% trust these folks and make them my new go-to. Upon the finish of my appt my stylist pointed out that I should have probably just trusted her as opposed to turning to swatches (a new habit drawn from unfortunate past experiences elsewhere). She was right (i still love it, but she was right )In short, amazing haircut and color, you can and should trust these professionals, and I look forward to going back. More...

Wonderful experience!!! I went to Green Door for two treaments, and I couldn't be more pleased. First was my mini facial with Adrienne which was so thorough it hardly felt like a mini at all.  My skin looked and felt great at the end.  Secondly I had a 60 minute massage with Rebecca which was heavenly.  We had a brief discussion over my expectations, requests on pressure and it made for a wonderful experience. I cannot remember being that relaxed during a session in a very long time.  I highly recommend this spa.  On an added note, I found the spa to be very clean which to me is extremely important. I really don't think anyone in Manchester, VT is even going to care about these reviews.  Most people who come here or live here either know what places to go to or don't want to bother with an internet review.  In any case, the Green Door Day Spa is my fave spa for the atmosphere and great hair cuts by Rhonda and facials by Tamara.  My manicure stayed all long time too.  Highly recommend it!
