Garrett (the technician) came to replace a defective transformer in the fireplace, and also found a gas blockage, which he fixed. Cleaned and adjusted unit. Our Napoleon Grill wouldn't ignite properly. We had just had it cleaned and it seemed to be worse after cleaning than before. Eddy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also alerted me to a problem that may occur in the future and told me how to deal with that. What a great place! I recently purchased a home here in Tucson while living in another state. When I arrived for the inspection we found that the fireplace, which has been listed as a gas fireplace, was actually a gas ignition fireplace which needed wood and was not at all what I wanted. Enter Val from AG&H, my hero, who found a reasonably priced option that could be installed and would give me exactly what I wanted. once I got around to visiting their impressive showroom I found an unusual gas insert set, customized it a bit, and it was installed yesterday. It's perfect. Not only that, but every person with whom I interacted was professional and friendly, they even called me proactively when there was a slight mix-up with the bill (in my favor). Recently had a gas fireplace insert issue - called Arizona Grill & Hearth to schedule an appointment after searching and reading reviews on the Internet. They answered the phone right away and we quickly had an appointment scheduled for a few days in the future. Received a call a couple of days before and they were able to arrive a day earlier - Great !! Eddie arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He did some troubleshooting, found the issue, had the part on his truck, and replaced it within minutes. He spent a few minutes testing and cleaning up - he was done !! Our project included installation of a fireplace insert where no fireplace existed, stone veneer and audio/visual work to set the TV above the fireplace with speakers. Val coordinated all the various aspects of the job, which was made more complicated by our schedule. Great care was taken to be sure the finished product was aesthetically pleasing. I purchased my Primo XL grill here about a year ago. There was a chip in the lid when I bought it that they said they would replace. When they were ready to make good on their promise I assumed they would give me a new lid and I would need to replace it on my own, which was fine. However, they sent two guys to my house and not only replaced the lid but the base as well since it's a matched set. They did an amazing job; well above and beyond what I expected! I had my propane grill converted to nat gas and later had to have an orfice unplugged and Eddie - their repair guy - did both jobs. Awesome job on both instances. The prices were fair and everything was done right. The grill had been "built in" by the home's previous owner and he had to break the stucco because they covered the hose! I cannot say enough good things about this aspect of their business and I would have never known about them but I saw their owner at the SABHA show dressed in an Elvis suit.
