If only working with other companies was like the experience that I had working with Graphikitchen! No headaches whatsoever. I was looking for someone who obviously had the skill set to deliver what I needed, but who also was timely with their response & follow-up.I wrote a vision for my company that I wanted to share with the rest of my team & rather than hand them pieces of white paper with words on them, I wanted it to look professional & inspiring. John was:-quick to respond to any questions, suggestions, or needs that I had-spot on with the creative. On his first try he was able to design something that strongly reflected our brand -independent. He didn't need hardly any guidance with the project. I give Graphikitchen my highest recommendation. John is a pleasure to work with. His process is thorough and the results speak for themselves. After talking to several competitors, I hired John to update the logo and the overall visual feel of my organization, the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data. We had a pretty good idea about the direction. However, I was stunned when John came back with six (6!) great proposals, all of which captured what we were looking for. We had hard time picking the right one. We eventually did and the feedback from our customers has been outstanding. Since this experience, I have recommended Graphikitchen to two other organizations.
