I have started this project simply by using Yelp. Mike got back to us promptly and as any others would. However, we had few questions back and forth and only Mike genuinely provided us information we needed without making us feel incompetent (obviously we did not know everything) His pricing came in reasonable and not to include excellent workmanship that his team provided. His team was polite and pretty much focused on work on site straight hours. His team shows excellent skill set that obviously the job required. Most of all, from excellent customer service to quality of work (and even after service) are what Mike has provided us. If you are looking for any flooring or kitchen done, Mike is the best man here. My girlfriend and I bought a townhouse in need of some TLC, including ripping out old tile and installing new flooring. Mike did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and requests in regards to timing, material, style, budget, and scope of work. The photos of his previous work showed great quality and his estimate for the job was for a competitive price. This paired with his amiable nature pushed us to move forward with him. Mike and his team were very communicative and worked professionally until the job was complete. My girlfriend and and I are 100% satisfied with the work Mike and his team did on the house. I also wanted to note that a week AFTER installation, I had a question about how I should fill in gaps between the flooring and bathroom tile around the tub since I did not want any leak paths (the gap was not created by him, just lack of proper care from previous homeowner). Mike took it upon himself to come back to the house, check it out, provide some trim material for filling the gap, and giving me the proper caulking advice for how to go about sealing it. I am SO happy with my new floors!! Originally, I didn't think I could afford to replace my old engineered wood floors. To save money, I considered re-staining them but Mike's prices are so affordable, I decided to just pull the trigger. We picked out the porcelain tile that looks like wood. It is durable and so easy to maintain, not to mention GORGEOUS! Mike and his crew were always very punctual, professional, and very efficient.
