I love working out at this location. It is large and has plenty of equipment. It doesn't get too crowded. I never have to wait for a machine. The clientele is nice. The staff is super friendly. My brother has been going here for years. I went 4 years ago until I moved to LA. Recently went back and it still looks brand new! So well kept, machines are clean, it's so open, I love the staff as they're so friendly. My only request is that they add towels, ie equinox has the eucalyptus chilled towels which are amazing! I've only been a member here for a few weeks. I just moved back to VA and have missed the classes in the gym. I heard really negative things about this location more so that it was ghetto. I have a gym membership at a different gym, but I came here with a friend and I was very impressed. This gym is the real deal! For the most part, it's pretty much what I desire in my ideal gym. They have a great variety of very nice machines. I've been to a few different gyms and I've definitely seen some things here that I've never seen at other gyms. I also like that they have a small football turf area for crossfit or whatever your heart desires. Other cool things are the recovery room with two electronic massage lounge chairs and a dedicated stretch area that has a mirror lined wall, dimmed lights, and super comfy bouncy floor. They also have other things like a pool, sauna, Cafe, kid care, etc. My only complaint is that they don't have a track and hot tub. And although this gym is pretty awesome, it's a little on the small side. So it definitely gets crowded at times. More...

This gym is nice and I usually don’t have to wait for any machines. The only complaint I have is they need to start talking to people, reprimanding, etc for people refusing to wipe down machines. It’s a health concern. I’ve met many people who say “I don’t believe germs get left on machine” or “it’s not hurting anyone” I’m a nurse and this ignorance kills me. You have cameras everywhere! I should not being having to wipe down my machines and ones next to me I haven’t used because you’re allowing ignorant people to act out in such a careless way. It’s gross and I’ve never been to any other gym that allowed this to happen. All other gyms where I’ve seen a person leave their sweat stain on a machine an employee has walked up to that person, told them the policy and showed them where the cleaning stations were ♀️ just please try to assist in making this problem stop. It’s a great place to workout at, but the equipment in the Cinema Room is always broken. Out of the 4 elliptical machines only one works, hard to workout with my wife if we can’t be near each other!

Pros: Lots of fans in the cardio room separate rooms if you like to be more private working out Tons of equipment doesnt smell bad like some other gyms Cons: bad wifi floorplan is super confusing no childcare no sauna or massages that I could find

Well no one puts dumbells back, there's only one water fountain, it's always crowded but overall great cardio, great free weights, great cross fit section, haven't done any classes but people look like they love them and most of the staff is very friendly !!

This is a great gym. It has all of the equipment you could need (multiple benches, squat racks, cardio)--many machines that I haven't seen in other gyms--plus a huge turf area for calisthenics. Staff is super nice and helpful. Great membership options to suit your needs with no contracts. My only gripe in general is that (1) the members don't re-rack their weights, and (2) the members don't wipe down their equipment. While most gyms have both of these problems, this gym in particular seems to have a rampant problem with both, so that neither is part of the culture. (3) Need another water fountain... that has cold water. (4) Need another leg press. More...

I have been coming to this gym for many years and have watched many staff come and go. They have recently set up an area to cater to personal training and close off the area while conducting classes. I completely understand. But what I don’t like is rudeness. This younger fairly new trainer Makes an announcement that the class is starting so to get anything from the area prior to starting. As I go over to get some weights he walks up to me and personally delivers the same message again in a very authoritative way like I cannot read the sign or like I did not hear him over the intercom. I talked to some other members who have gone there a long time and witnessed the interaction and they think he’s Getting to the point of being obnoxious and rude.
