This gym is super close to my home and it’s not the worst gym in tri cities but there’s always something out of service. I get it, with it being a bigger gym there’s a higher chance of things being broken but they take a while to get things up and running. Nice place. Good sized space. The equipment seems a little dated and it's not always kept up in great working order. Also the free weight area is super small, but overall it's a nice place with nice people.

First time I’ve been to a “commercial” gym and I’m not disappointed! There are always towels available to wipe equipment down, I’ve never run into an broken equipment, all the employees are friendly and helpful, and the amount of equipment is more than substantial for every type of workout. The only thing that was a little frustrating is occasionally there isn’t chalk. Luckily I bring my own most of the time! So if you lift heavy and use chalk instead of straps or gloves, bring your own just in case they are out. More...

The new layout for some of the equipment looked more organized and the placement along with how everything is grouped together, made everything look exactly like the way it should look. CLASSES GALORE!! I can't say enough about this gym! EVERYONE is so welcoming � I've been nervous to enter a gym with the "meathead" label. Nervous to be judged, laughed at, the list goes on. I am humbled by my experience thus far! I have been proven sooo WRONG!

Why go? it's clean, the classes are AMAZING, top notch trainers and kind members!

Classes for all fitness levels. Excellent personal trainers who provide private and group training. Weight lifting and cardio workout equipment, Heated swimming pool for water aerobics & swimming laps. There's something for everyone.

Great place! Some employees are nice and hip, just avoid closing hours, it's really noticeable that they want to leave. Most equipment works and if it doesn't, the gym fixes it fairly fast.

Daycare here has reasonable prices, many options for exercising, relaxation and entertainment. Their juice bar offers tasty smoothies. They play some good movies in the cardio cinema. The gym is very clean, comfortable, and machines aren't usually out of commission for more than a short time period. The daycare is always a great experience for my kids! The girls in there are professional, and they take extra caution for my kids' safety...I think some people may think that it's overkill, but I find it to be comforting that my kids are safe in there. If you are a gym nut and a fitness freak, this gym is for you. I go for my regular exercise, nothing too crazy, so I feel a little out of place there.
