What do you love most about your job?
It probably sounds lame but creating value for clients through creative problem solving has been my primary motivator since I got into the technology business as a teenager. It still does the trick.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been on the receiving end of a lot of bad outsourcing implementations so when I got the offer to be a co-founder of a company looking to change how outsourcing is done I jumped at the opportunity.
