I had a very good experience here and highly recommend for anyone looking for personal training.
While I’m no longer a client, so can’t speak to the recent, I can tell you they were very passionate and were amazing to work with.

Chris is a great trainer, I would think, for most everyone.He spent an hour asking questions so he could customize a program for me, and took stat's to monitor my progress toward my goals. At the time my body was 70 LBS above my goal weight and 65 years on this planet.12 months later I'm at my goal weight and stronger than before. Maybe the best example of that is going from zero pushups to 4 (almost 5!).Based on his other clients I've seen he takes care of people of all ages, men and women, and in all ranges of condition. So, there's no need to feel intimidated.Chris is also supportive vs a task driver... he even adjusted the music for me. And, when I came in with a sore "this or that" he helped me cure it. I recently moved away for college, so working out has been hard.Tasha's in person and online training sessions are at the level I need and are custom to my college schedule. A desire to help people to inspire lifelong health habits and improve their quality of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
We train in a functional style which helps you use your muscles the way they are meant to be used. This style of training improves movements used in everyday activities. We do not use machines which limit form and restricts the body's natural movement.
Don't be fooled by "trainers" whose only qualification is that they have exercised for many years. Our trainers hold some of the most elite nationally accredited certifications including Masters of Science in Exercise Science, Bachelors in Exercise Physiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, certified personal trainer through ACSM, ACE and National Personal Trainer Institute and TRX and kettlebell.
