I love the cheeseburgers and their chips in their restaurant in the store.EDIT (01/29/2019): I found out yesterday afternoon that they closed down. I was quite shocked to find out. I always thought the "store for sale" sign (on their front window) was just a decoration. More...

They have just recently closed the doors for good again. Sad day. Loved the deli foods here. Sorry to those who are out of work due to the gearhart crossing closing

Quaint restaurant and store with beer/wine service. We stopped in for lunch and there were some unique and delicious choices. Service was great and it was very clean. One of a few places to eat in Gearhart, they do a great job offering good food/service without having to drive up to Astoria or down to Seaside. More...

I... CAN'T... EVEN!This is one of the best places I have eaten in a long time. Made even better by being a beacon of all the good things in an area with limited choices. This is a local market that happens to also be a restaurant. The spaces are slightly intertwined and it's done quite charmingly. To boot they have a solid happy hour. The menu is short and simple and if you follow me you know I appreciate a place that does a few things very well rather than a lot of things mediocre. This is that place, all the great things chosen carefully and thoughtfully. I hope to come back anytime I'm in the area and buzz up from Seaside for lunch or early dinner. More...

The food so far has been excellent. The meatloaf sandwich is amazing and the special of the day, a pork Greek sandwich, was so tasty. It's just a nice hole in the wall little bar with a Deli and grocery. More...

4.5 stars. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere nested in the middle of an old time grocery store. The beer was great and cheap with good variety. the food while nothing fancy was incredibly well done and exactly what we hoped for. We will be back. More...

The food and service was excellent close to closing time on a Tuesday. The crab melt was delicious and my wife's fried oyster sliders were fantastic. The kicker was the chocolate cake was had for an early birthday surprise for my Mom. It was amazingly rich. It was a fantastic dinner on the coast. More...

Probably a little understaffed or would have given them a three. Great food. Appreciate the customer. Very comfortable. Not far off the beaten path. Worth a stop. Enjoy

Always good selection, local beef. Coming from a local that used to work here as a cashier when it was the Gearhart Grocery, I love what it has become. Great place to eat, awesome deli as well. More...

I was so impressed with the food, decor and service today! First time spending time "downtown" Gearhart. We had the beet salad, Santa Fe burger (perfect burger! ), the Rueben (spot on), and their French dip which had perfectly cooked meat. We absolutely loved this visit and will be back. Thank you to the fantastic owner of the Pacific Crest Cottage for recommending this place. Thumbs up! Check this place out. More...

Walked over from our rental, and was surprised at how good this little place was. Had the fried oyster appetizer, meatless burger and side salad.
It was all really great tasting, and our server was very friendly and helpful.
The other people at my table had the Santa Fe burger with house pickeled jalepenos, which he really loved, and the mushroom Swiss. They'd recommend those burgers too.

We went off season, they were still on their game. Fresh local beef. Much of the condiments and dressings are house made. Waitress knew the beer menu, and their selection of local was great . Will certainly visit again when in town. More...

What a gem! We had the French dip and the tuna melt -- the best among the countless similarly titled sandwiches we've had. High quality local steak, chunky tuna not over powered by mayonnaise, and the French bread, soft but not without structure. Such a treat! More...
