Crawfish was good!! It wasn't imported!(I can tell the difference)!It was seasoned to mine my taste..! I ordered 3 lbs crawfish it came with 2 corns and potatoes, and I ordered fried shrimps, fish , fries ,coleslaw and it came with a fresh roll! !! l loved the atmosphere it was quite the works were friendly!!5 stars!! Great service! Our server,Stephanie,was amazing. Friendly,fun conversations with her. She made sure our drinks were filled,we didnt have to remind her. Okay, first of all, there are peacocks at this place! Like, just running around lawless and they are beautiful! There were 3 or 4 in the second floor balcony while we were there. And there is an actual gator cove behind the restaurant! It was dusk when we left and we counted about 7 alligators swimming in the small cove back there. The food ws phenomenal, as was the service, and we were in and out within an hour on a Friday evening. They serve pork finds when yippy get your drinks like chips and salsa at a Mexican place. My friends and I shared the shrimp and grits (Amazing!) and another shrimp dish that I can't survey the name of but there was crab included with it and it was Delicious! We'll definitely return here when in Lafayette! More...

The gator was great! The waitress forgot one of our orders of fried gator though and even though we made reservations it was not until after the food was served that we got our silverware. If I lived here I would still come again to eat here though cause the gator is amazing. More...

The waitress was very nice. Crawfish was pretty good but I was upset that potatoes and corn didn't come with the crawfish. It was an additional charge for 2 potatoes and 1 corn. Also, they weren't prepared with the crawfish so they were pretty bland. Fun atmosphere! We saw a few alligators in the water and a peacock, that was fun! More...

Great experience there, had spoken with the owner as he made sure every table was doing fine. Very comfortable Cajun atmosphere. Had the fried Gator Po’Boy that was very good, the bread was soft and toasted just right.
