I have received floral arrangements as gifts from Gardenias and was always impressed by the beautiful arrangements and quality of the flowers. Samantha was amazing. She listened carefully to exactly what I needed and what I received was way beyond my expectations. I had a date with a girl so I wanted to get her flowers. My date was in Metuchen so I looked up the closest florist, and I found one right on the main drag, main street. I went in to the shop and was pleased with how good it smelled in the store. The staff was just as pleasant and were very helpful. In and out it took me only ten minutes. HIGHLY recommend Gardenias Floral! Samantha was amazing to work with and took note of all of my annoying detailed requests. Also, I knew literally NOTHING about flowers but Samantha was able to pick out the most beautiful flowers and greens for my wedding based on my vision and color scheme. I'm not exactly the best person to rate a floral, BUT, this is still very much worth the review.  First off, the exterior & interior of the place was VERY impressive to me.  Kinda had a homie look to it, nothing they said CITY.  Flowers & decorations in the store were just very well used in my opinion.  The only thing I'd remove would be the "dream catchers".  Now, the reason I give this a 5 regardless of any small negative I might seen is because of the customer service.  The lady who helped me (sorry I forgot your name ma'am) was not only EXTREMELY helpful & patient, but spoke with me for a bit & didn't make me feel like she just wanted my money.  Very welcoming. Gardenias Event Floral did an absolutely amazing job on the flowers! The bouquets were exactly what my daughter Kelsey had wanted - perfect flowers, size and color! The ceremony site on the lawn at Callawassie Island Club in South Carolina was decorated with large lanterns to mark the alter and smaller lanterns that lined the aisle - BEAUTIFULLY done! The reception hall in the club was decorated perfectly and definitely set the tone for the evening!

I absolutely loved working with Samantha at Gardenia's Floral! She is SO talented and easy to work with! I went into our meetings with very little knowledge about flowers, and with a vision in my head that I could not find in pictures to share with her. All Samantha had to go on was my fumbling descriptions and items for centerpieces that I had purchased and brought to her. I was very nervous that I wasn't adequately describing the look that I was going for, but Samantha absolutely nailed it! I was blown away on my wedding day when I saw her bring all of my ideas to life! Every single bouquet, boutonniere, ceremony piece, and centerpiece was executed flawlessly with amazing attention to detail. I had given Samantha a ton of geometric terrariums of varying shapes and sizes for the ceremony and centerpieces, and she arranged them perfectly together, with every single one looking unique but cohesive. My mom had given me pieces of her wedding dress as my "something old", and Samantha incorporated that along with a few other sentimental pieces into my bouquet beautifully. I tend to be a very Type A and high strung person, and Samantha's quiet confidence and calming demeanor was a perfect balance in our meetings and emails that let me know we were in good hands. I placed an unusual request last minute on a Friday at 5pm long distance for a funeral. They made me an arrangement in the shape of dog bone to be delivered that Sunday.
