Galvan estate

This is first time I am posting a feeback.
I'm very shocked about how this kind of owner(tiffany) remains at Airbnb and hosting other guests.
I had to let other customers know that worst place, worst owner and worst maintain management of galvan estate property I ever visited.
Don't be fooled yourself by their pictures
I arranged this 9people family trip 5 month ago.
most of members came from South korea.
I paid $3688 for 2 nights + $300 of heating pool+ $1500 of deposit. Total $5,488
major attraction of this house was to enjoying pool.
so I paid $300 of pool heating charges additionally.
but pool and hot tub can not be use because owner said that heater got broken down because of weather.
And until now problem didn't solve eventhough my check out time is 11 hours left.
Only thing she can do is just refund $300 of heating pool charges and told me to use other hotel's pool.
No reason to stay here without using pool.
So asked to owner to check out after first night and refund 2nd night amount refund
She just denied it.
And she never answers phone. Very late respond or ignore texts.
Not only wasted time and money but also ruin 9 people's vacation.
half of family member checked out after the first night with full disappointment.
Highly recommend stay away from this property.
If you don't want get schemed by these people.
You will pay over priced 5 star hotel charges but you will get 1 star inn service and mind. More...

Everything was almost perfect. Brides need to be aware of all the additional costs involved with using this venue such as valet parking, event insursnce, pool heating charges, additional cleaning services, etc...
