We are a team of a certified Chef and seasoned Bartender/server who is committed to offering affordable quality food and service. Our Chef is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and has been in the industry for 15 years cooking everything from fine dining country club and hotel level food to hand rolled sushi and homestyle comfort food. We also offer the option for whole pig roasts upon request that can serve upwards of 100 people. We have the ability for more service staff as needed
