Furry Tails Pet Resort & Spa

Left my dog there and he seemed well taken care of for the time he spent at the the resort. They bathed him as I had requested and also cut his nails, good experience with them.

My favorite grooming & boarding facility. Front desk workers are always welcoming, know my dog & I personally, text you when grooming is complete, clean, affordable, and very quick! ! Tried Furry Tails for the first time, thanks to Sun for the referral! Called for my two furbabies: a 75-lbs Yellow Lab and a 20-lbs Rat Terrier Mix to get bathed because they stunk so bad! 1. The facility was nicely lit/bright and super clean! 2. The sweet lady who checked my furbabies in was nice and straight-to-the-point -- I did get there late because I got off later than expected and some light traffic but they still kindly accepted my furbaies without giving me grief for running their schedule behind. 3. Loved the fact they texted me with a 15-minute heads up that my furbabies would be ready! 4. Was in NRH and informed them via text I would get there ASAP as I had an existing appointment I had to complete prior to picking up the furbabies. Got there late again! Yet, the girl who checked us in, also checked us out and was sweet as can be. 5. Both my furbabies came out smelling so much better. My Lab looked smaller from all the extra coat they brushed off from him with the furminator bath! So much less shedding already! Nails were trimmed. BOTH furbabies came out running, looking super happy and adorable in their new bandanas. 6. Most groomers require the babies to be dropped off early in the AM and picked up in the PM. totally recommend this cute pet resort not only are the staff friendly and welcoming they are very talented in what they do and it clearly shows because of how caring they are to the animals :)
