This is a fantastic maker space. There are a huge variety of tools and machines available. Great classes and training as well. Members are very helpful, it seems like there's always someone around to lend a hand if you are stuck on a project. More...

Absolutely fascinating place for both artists and technology designers. Beautifully planned and run, it's a candy store for those interested in constructing projects from textiles to metal. Great staff who are incredibly nice and helpful. Josh took us on a tour. He was sweet, knowledgeable and very very helpful. Roger who is in charge of Hacker Lab couldn't be nicer! Top marks! More...

I learned about the hacker lab through Sierra college and had decided to register with the student discount. Pleased to say the program is very good. 24 hour access with a key card alone with pretty much every industrial tool you'd need. Seems disorganised within the building though. More...

Great place for meetups. Lots of smat developers, artists, makers, and entrepreneurs. Parking is tight, but there are parking options nearby as well. They have laser cutters, 3D printers, cnc machines, etc... The classes they offer are unique and interesting. If parking were not an issue, I would be there every day. More...

Great community of creative individuals & makerspace tools to learn & use. Community members pay $125 a month for 24/7 accesses & because Sierra college funds most of the tools, Students of Sierra only pay $25 per month for all access!

This place is great if you want to pick up a new skill (welding, sewing on industrial machines, 3D printing, etc) or meet new people. Especially good for Sierra College students and local business people. This place is a lot of fun and really cool! More...

I have been working here for well over a year now. It rules. You should get a membership and join the Sacramento Co-Working revolution!

This is a great hacker and co-working space. They've been kind enough to provide a meeting room for many meetups and the staff are great people.

As a community college educator (I have been a full-time faculty member at Sierra College for the past 15 years), I continue to be amazed at what Hacker Lab offers to those who utilize its offerings. A key to success in the range of technology fields is maintaining current knowledge. The lab provides the sort of environment that encourages knowledge exchange and I would encourage anyone who wants to follow the path of a lifelong learner to participate. More...

I love the community, the smiles, the collaboration. Events are always rocking, and it helps that I can stop staring at the computer once in a while and go build something or make some tea with nice folks. WAY better than working at home, and it has been much more effective. More...
