Here it is finally. The final regular night of operations for Frankie's Pizza and Pasta. My daughter and I, who have eaten here for the past 20 years, her 2 teenage kids who grew up eating here and my fiancé and her daughter finally made it in to have one last meal together, as a family, in a place that is the epitome of the family Italian restaurant in Redmond. As always the food was great, the staff was awesome and Frankie, the gracious host and all around great guy that he is. We are going to miss you guys and the great food and atmosphere. Cassie loved the Mac n cheese with bacon. She's freaking out about it and gets all agitated when we try to go anywhere else because "No one measures up to Frankie's."

It's a tradition now! We are here every year for our son's birthday. He never waivers and ALWAYS chooses Frankie's. The food is obviously delicious, but the staff is wonderful too. One of his favorite things is the pizza dough they give him to play with. And did I mention the food is delicious? Perfect pizza crust...flavorful pasta...yummy meatball sandwich...and the biscotti is awesome! More...

Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant. I fell in love with Frankie's Pizza at first bite back in 2008. If I only had a dollar every time I've recommend Frankie's Pizza and Pasta. The food is amazing, the service is impeccable and the restaurant has a romantic feel. You feel like a guest in their home when you are a guest in their restaurant. Buy their cook book and read their Love story for yourself. My only complaint is I now live 50miles away. Always well worth the drive. So sad that Frankie's has closed. We didn't know and did not get to have our last dinner there! This is super sad to me and really shows how Redmond is changing. I really hope that Frankie's will open a similar restaurant in a new location in Redmond or close-by. All good things come to an end. This one will be missed! It was one of the first places that we ate at when we moved to the area so long ago. It was always cozy, happy and the food was just right. Lived in Redmond for over a year and I've drove past here a hundred times at least. I come from Minnesota and have noticed you cannot find green olives on pizza here like back home but this place does that alone is awesome! ! Pizza was great and our waiter was so friendly.
