Graylynn is one of the best trainers in the DFW. I am in the best shape of my life! Graylynn offers a complete program that not only focuses on the physical but also Nutrition.
I started out training out a bootcamp which was alot of fun. Everyone from the members to the trainers were very welcoming and made it fun. That's where I actually met Mr. Fowler.
The amount of changes I've seen in my body's muscle definition as well as pushing past my comfort zone is amazing. He never allows me to take a day off or relax because of my age ( I try at least twice a week) 💪💪
I would highly recommend FOWLER FITNESS, you won't be disappointed!
